摘要: Embodiments of the present invention relate to a phosphor plate having improved transmissivity and scattering rate. The phosphor plate according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a sintered layer in which a mixture including an inorganic phosphor and glass frit is sintered, wherein the sintered layer further includes voids therein. A manufacturing method of the phosphor plate according to one embodiment of the present invention includes mixing the inorganic phosphor, the glass frit, a binder resin, and an additive to generate the mixture, performing a burnout operation on the mixture to remove residual carbon and form circular voids, and sintering the mixture on which the burnout operation is performed to form the sintered layer. The embodiments of the present invention may provide a phosphor plate which forms various shapes, has a simple manufacturing process, and has an improved beam angle and transmissivity.

The upper light emitting unit 106 and the lower light emitting unit 108 are configured such that a gap G1 between the upper light emitting unit 106 and the lower light emitting unit 108 is larger than the minimum gap G2 between horizontally adjacent light emitting devices in the upper light emitting unit 106 or the lower light emitting unit 108.

In a vehicular light-emitting device, a plurality of light-emitting units 100, each of which includes an LED part 20 and a lens 30 for diffusing and emitting the light entered from the LED part 20, are arranged side by side. Even between the plurality of light-emitting units 100, one or more brightness peak values exist. Moreover, the light emitted from the lenses of the light-emitting units 100 has a plurality of brightness peaks with respect to the spreading direction of the light, and the arrangement interval of the plurality of light-emitting units 100 is set so that the plurality of brightness peaks of the light emitted from the plurality of light-emitting units 100 are aligned at substantially equal intervals.
