Abstract:
A push-button switch-use member which is provided with a movable contact consisting of a metal element 7 that forms a contact surface with a counter electrode 4, wherein the contact surface is provided with many holes 6 in the height direction, and a flexible-resin filler 8 is filled in the holes 6.
Abstract:
A silver-coated stainless steel strip for movable contacts, which has an underlying layer comprising any one of nickel, cobalt, nickel alloys, and cobalt alloys, on at least a part of the surface of a stainless steel substrate, and has a silver or silver alloy layer formed as an upper layer, in which a copper or copper alloy layer with a thickness of 0.05 to 2.0 µm is provided between the silver or silver alloy layer and the underlying layer; and a producing method of the above-described silver-coated stainless steel strip, in which said strip is subjected to a heat-treating in a non-oxidative atmosphere.
Abstract:
In a push-button switch member provided with a movable contact composed of a metal member 7 constituting a contact surface to an opposing electrode 4 , a number of holes 6 are formed to the contact surface in the height direction thereof, and the holes 6 are filled up with a filler 8 formed of a flexible resin.
Abstract:
Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a fluorine-based resin coating powder includes a silver powder preparing step of preparing a silver powder having a predetermined grain size, a silver powder solution mixing step of adding the silver powder to an ethanol solution, followed by mixing, a PH adjustment solution preparing step of preparing a solution having a pH that is adjusted to a set PH, a fluorine silane preparing step of preparing fluorine silane, and a fluorine-based resin coating silver powder manufacturing step of manufacturing a fluorine-based resin coating silver powder coated with the fluorine-based resin at a set thickness by adding the silver powder mixed with the ethanol solution in the silver powder solution mixing step and the fluorine silane prepared in the fluorine silane preparing step to the solution having the pH that is adjusted to the PH set in the PH adjustment solution preparing step, followed by mixing.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a contact element (7) for the intermittent contacting of conductor tracks (2, 3) on a circuit board, in particular, for flexible touch pads (4-6), for example for flexible input devices in the automobile industry. According to the invention, a very reliable construction which is particularly suitable for high voltage applications may be achieved, whereby the contact element is made from a metal foam (8). The metal foam is preferably at least partly infiltrated by an elastomeric material which can also be the material of construction of the touchpad. The invention further relates to a method for production of said contact element and touchpads/input devices with such contact pads and the use of said contact pads (7).
Abstract:
Two pairs of diagonally linked squares with rounded edges are used as fixed contacts in the production of keyboards. A direct connection is ensured in the diagonal direction; the squares consist of conductive lacquer (carbon lacquer) and cover copper pads on a printed circuit board.
