The system further includes an analysis unit communicating with the control unit, the analysis unit configured to upload the collected sensor data and to receive additional data pertaining at least to the household environment and to the pet's historical condition and to define the pet's condition accordingly by neutralizing the additional data effects, wherein the data collection rate from the sensor is selected in accordance with at least the initial analysis results.

    摘要: A utility meter includes: a meter body having a chamber through which material passes; a measuring unit contained within the chamber; and a register attached to the chamber. The register includes a register body and an electronics unit operatively connected to the measuring unit and positioned within the register body. The electronics unit coacts with the measuring unit to determine at least one of a volume of flow and a flow rate of a fluid traveling through the chamber. The register also includes a multiple resonance antenna operatively connected to the electronics unit and positioned within the register. The multiple resonance antenna is configured to resonate at at least a first frequency band and a second frequency band such that a signal representing at least one of the volume of flow and the flow rate is transmitted to a remote unit within the first frequency band when the utility meter is surrounded by a first medium and the signal representing at least one of the volume of flow and the flow rate is transmitted to the remote unit within the second frequency band when the utility meter is surrounded by a second medium.

The extractor 55 compares radio field intensities of a plurality of pairing signals with a second threshold value larger than a first threshold value. The first threshold value specifies a lower limit of the radio field intensity at which a transmission of biological information is effectively achieved. The extractor 55 extracts the at least one biological information measuring device 10 transmitting the pairing signal at the radio field intensity exceeding the second threshold value as the communication candidate for this receiving device 50. According to an input operation by an operator, a selector 56 selects the one biological information measuring device 10 as a communication target among the communication candidates extracted by the extractor 55.
