    摘要: A junction block, in which the total structure and circuit connection structure are compact and highly dense, respectively, is provided. A junction block (1) includes : an inner cover (2); connector blocks (3, 4) and a power block (5) disposed outside the inner cover; and busbars (49) and wiring module disposed being piled up within a space surrounded by the connector blocks and the power block, wherein terminals (8b) of the connector blocks, terminals (89) of the power block and terminals (49b, 49c) of the busbars are connected to the wiring module. The wiring module consists of a random wiring module (52) and a cross wiring module (56). The terminals (8b, 49c, 89) are connected to ends of the wiring modules (52, 56) and part of the terminals (49b) of the busbars (49) are connected to a middle part of the random wiring module (52) situated as a lower layer in the space. The terminals (8b, 89) are arranged in a plurality of steps, wherein the terminals arranged in a lower step are connected to a narrow lower wiring module (52) while the terminals arranged in an upper step are connected to a wide upper wiring module (56).

    摘要: Printed boards are arranged vertically such that the outer circumferential part of an upper printed board projects outward beyond the outer circumferential part of a lower printed board, and the projected outer circumferential part is contained in a printed board holding case (12) while being arranged on the horizontal step part (12b) thereof. The press fit electric contact part (25) at the second vertical part (23) of a press fit terminal (20) is brought into press fit contact with a conductor terminal hole at the circumferential edge of the lower printed board. On the other hand, the first vertical part (21) is extended along the vertical outer surface (12a) of the printed board holding case (12) and a press fit electric contact part (24) is brought into press fit contact with a conductor terminal hole at the circumferential edge of the upper printed board. The horizontal part (22) of the press fit terminal (20) is extended along the lower surface at the horizontal step part (12b) of the printed board holding case (12) and supported from below by a supporting part (13c) projecting from a lower case (13).

    摘要: An electronic control module (20) comprising a housing (30), a printed circuit board (40), and a rigidizer (50). The housing (30) has an opening or window (34) for a removable connector (22). The printed circuit board (40) has a first side (42), a second side (44), and a plurality of contact pads (46). The first side (42) of the board (40) is used to retain components and circuitry. The plurality of contact pads (46) is positioned on the first side (42) of the printed circuit board (40). The rigidizer (50) is attached to the second side (44) of the printed circuit board (40) and provides structural backing for the printed circuit board (40) to compensate for any pressure induced to the first side (42) of the printed circuit board (40) by the removable connector (22). The window (34) in the housing (30) is positioned adjacent to the plurality of contact pads (46) on the first side (42) of the printed circuit board (40) to provide a single opening to each of the contact pads (46). There is also method of assembling the electronic control module (20).
