This makes it possible to dispense with high-outlay guidance of the shaft (3), which has been necessary hitherto, during the joining operation.

The invention relates to a method for producing a component which comprises at least one hollow profile (14) and which is made of a fibre composite material, consisting of the following steps: a) a component blank (1) is produced from the fibre composite material; b) said component blank (1) is thermally treated; c) the open ends (16, 18) of the hollow profile (14) are each closed by a stop (2, 3); d) the thermally treated component blank (1) is tested by means of ultrasound according to a non-destructive material testing method; e) the component blank (1) is mechanically treated in order to obtain the finished component; f) the stops (2, 3) are removed; the respective stops (2, 3) being made of a closed-pore foam or comprise said foam at least on the outer periphery thereof. The mechanical treatment step can also be performed immediately after the open ends are closed, then non-destructive material testing is carried out on the finished component.

Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Rasierers. Der Rasierer wird aus einem Spritzgussteil mit verlorenen Kernen hergestellt, wobei die im Bereich der Kerne entstehenden Hohlräume mit elastischen Seitenwänden ausgestattet sind. Der Rasierer kann in Skelettbauweise hergestellt werden, wobei eine flexible Außenhaut aus Kunststoff über ein vorher als Kunststoffpressteil hergestelltes Skelett gezogen wird.

Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, das Leichtbau-Strukturbauteil so auszubilden, dass es trotz integraler Ausführung im Überlastungsfall differenziell und sequenziell versagt, dass es zu reduzierten Spannungen und Dehnungen in der Fügezone und deren unmittelbarer Umgebung führt und dass es mit verschiedenen Herstellungsverfahren einfach zu fertigen ist. Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass die Versteifungselemente (2) auf ihrer dem Hautblech (1) zugewandten Seite aus zwei räumlich getrennten Schenkeln (5,6) bestehen, die beide mittels zweier getrennter Fügezonen (7,8) stoffschlüssig mit dem Hautblech verbunden werden. Wesentliche Fortbildungen der Erfindung kommen dadurch zustande, dass zwischen den beiden Schenkeln ein zusätzlicher Hautversteifungssockel (11) und/oder ein Verstärkungselement aus einem Werkstoff mit einem deutlich höheren E-Modul angebracht ist.

The present invention realizes spreading a sheet on a frame member by a simple structure and a simple process, and prevents uneven tension charged against the sheet. In the sheet spreading method of the invention, a core member for a backrest of a chair which is heated to around 200°C in a furnace is put into a flow dipping tank filled with powder resin. As a result, a resin coating (6) is formed on the surface of the pipe (4) constituting the core member. Also, a mesh (8) is placed on a metal mold (10) and clamped. Since a recess corresponding to the shape of the core member is formed in the top side of the metal mold, the mesh is spread on the core member with a tension charged against when the core member having the above-mentioned coating is pressed into the recess.
