摘要: [Problem] To provide a curable silicone composition or the like having excellent handleability and curing properties during sealing due to good hot-melt properties and excellent melting properties, in addition to having excellent cured product mechanical strength and substrate bonding strength, making the composition suitable as a sealant for semiconductor devices. [Solution] Provided is a curable silicone composition comprising: (A) a hot-melt MDT-type organopolysiloxane resin having a specific siloxane unit ratio; (B) an organohydrogensiloxane compound; (C) a hydrosilylation catalyst; and (D) a functional inorganic filler in an amount of 400 to 3,000 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the total of components (A) to (C), wherein the curable silicone composition is solid at 25°C and has hot-melt properties at a temperature of 200°C or lower, along with the use thereof.

摘要: The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition, a method of preparing the same, and a molded article manufactured using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition including 100 parts by weight of a base resin including 3 to 22 % by weight of an alkyl acrylate-aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound graft copolymer (A-1) containing alkyl acrylate rubber having an average particle diameter of 50 to 200 nm, 20 to 40 % by weight of an alkyl acrylate-aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound graft copolymer (A-2) containing alkyl acrylate rubber having an average particle diameter of greater than 200 nm and 600 nm or less, and 50 to 72 % by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound copolymer (B); and 0.6 to 1.9 parts by weight of a lubricant (C), wherein, based on 100 % by weight in total of the thermoplastic resin composition, a total content of rubber as measured by FT-IR is 15 to 21 % by weight, a method of preparing the thermoplastic resin composition, and a molded article manufactured using the thermoplastic resin composition.
According to the present invention, the present invention has an effect of providing a thermoplastic resin composition that does not contain phthalate-based compounds, which are environmental hormones harmful to the human body; does not emit toxic gases in case of fire; has excellent tensile strength, elongation, surface gloss, and surface hardness while having processability equal or superior to that of PVC resins which are conventional materials for calendaring; and is capable of imparting excellent appearance and durability.-

摘要: Provided is a thermal decomposition method of used rubber that has excellent yields of isoprene and limonene without reducing the efficiency of thermal decomposition. The method is a method of thermally decomposing used rubber, including bringing the used rubber into contact with or swelling the used rubber in a medium, where the medium has a SP value of 8.3 (cal/cm3)1/2 to 11 (cal/cm3)1/2 and an endothermic peak temperature of 235 °C or higher measured by thermogravimetry (TGA), and the medium is liquid at 150 °C, and then performing thermal decomposition.
