Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray cathode system and a method for manufacturing an X-ray cathode. SOLUTION: The disclosed embodiment includes an embodiment such as an X-ray tube cathode filament system. The X-ray tube cathode filament system includes a substrate and a coating (74) disposed on the substrate. In this cathode filament system, electron beams (18, 90) are emitted from the coating (74) but not from the substrate. The electron beams (18, 90) are generated by the use of the thermionic effect. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically improve manufacturing efficiency of a connector to enable to reduce manufacturing cost as well as product cost. SOLUTION: A coaxial connector for a substrate P has an extended part of an outer terminal 42 and an extended part of an inner terminal 44 in a position not overlapping with each other, when a semi-cylindrical part of the outer terminal is seen from above. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric contact for a large-current plug connector identified by low overheating even with large current, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The electric contact 100 for the large current plug connector is manufactured as an integrated component from a tubular raw piece by internal high-pressure bending. As a result, the electric contact 100 has almost the same linear sections at respective points and hence electric or thermal load peaks are not localized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interconnect and method for interconnecting a tightly packed electrical device array with a flex circuit. SOLUTION: The interconnecting method includes: a step of positioning the contact pad 132 of a flexible circuit with the array element 110 of the electrical device array having a standoff layer 120 beforehand, wherein the standoff layer 120 is disposed between the contact pad 132 and the array element 110, the standoff layer 120 has an opening and the contact pad 132 covers a part of the opening; a step of removing the substrate part of the flexible circuit, forming a through-hole along the flexible circuit and exposing the contact pad 132; and a step of filling a conductive material into the opening of the standoff layer 120 and into the through-hole formed along the flexible circuit 130 contacting the bond pad of the array element and contacting the contact pad of the flexible circuit. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SATA-connector electric connector with a screw easily mounted, and hardly damaged. SOLUTION: Of the electric connector provided with an insulating body 1 with an insertion groove formed for a screw to be inserted into, the insertion groove includes a first and a second mounting grooves overlapped with each other. The first mounting groove 121 includes a first screw groove 1211 equipped with a screw thread for being engaged with the screw, and a first open groove 1212 communicated with the first screw groove. The second mounting groove 122 includes a second screw groove 1221 equipped with a screw thread for being engaged with the screw and a second open groove 1222 communicated with the second screw groove. Opening directions of the first and the second opening grooves are opposed to each other. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
