PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous coolant which hardly causes corrosion of a metal material to be cooled, while having high cooling performance.SOLUTION: The aqueous coolant is obtained by blending one or more inorganic acid salts selected from a carbonate, a hydrogen carbonate, a sesquicarbonate, a phosphate, a borate, a molybdate, and a tungstate with a metal corrosion inhibitor. The aqueous coolant of the present invention has high cooling performance and hardly causes corrosion of a metal material to be cooled. Therefore, the aqueous coolant of the present invention is suitable as a heat treatment oil or a cutting oil.
Abstract:
An aqueous lubricant used for plastic working of metallic material which comprises (A) a water soluble inorganic salt, (B) lubricative agent selected from molybdenum disulfide and graphite and (C) wax, wherein the components are dissolved or dispersed in water, and wherein a concentration ratio (weight ratio) of (B) /(A) is in the range of 1.0 SIMILAR 5.0 and (C) / (A) is 0.1 SIMILAR 1. 0. And a method of lubricative film processing on a metallic material, in that the lubricative film formed by applying the aqueous lubricant is in a dried weight of 0.5 SIMILAR 40g/m . A water soluble inorganic salt (A) is preferably selected from the group consisting of a sulfate, a silicate, a borate, a molybdete and a tungstate. The wax (C) is preferably a natural wax or a synthetic wax which is dispersed in water and has a melting point of 70 SIMILAR 150 DEG C. The aqueous lubricant can be used for imparting excellent lubricity with ease to the surface of a metal having no chemical conversion layer formed thereon.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil composition stably exhibiting excellent sliding properties for a long period and effective for lowering friction coefficient and provide a fuel oil composition having improved combustion efficiency and increased electrostatic stability. SOLUTION: The lubricating oil composition and fuel oil composition contain a prescribed amount of a carbon fiber structure having a three-dimensional network structure composed of carbon fibers having an outer diameter of 15-100 nm. The carbon fiber structure contains granular parts having a plurality of protruding carbon fibers bonded with each other, and the granular part is formed during the growing step of the carbon fiber. Abstract:
A water-soluble cutting fluid which is characterized by excellent cooling and lubricating properties and does not exert a harmful influence on the environment. A solution containing hydrogencarbonate ion, bromide ion, carbonic acid ion, and, if necessary, fluoride ion, and being adjusted to a pH of 7.0 to 11.5 can be used as a substitute for a cutting oil. A water-soluble cutting fluid further including additives such as rust-preventive agents and the like can be also used as a substitute for conventional cutting oil.
Abstract:
