    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasification device which can reduce the strain of a gasification furnace and can therefore perform gasification at a high temperature.
    SOLUTION: This gasification device 11 includes a gasification furnace 12 and a gas retention tank 13 which are individually formed and disposed in a mutually separated state. The gasification furnace 12 and the gas retention tank 13 are connected to each other through a communication pipe 60. The communication pipe 60 makes an ash-accumulating chamber 32 in the gasification furnace 12 and a tar-decomposing chamber 42 in the gas retention tank 13 communicated with each other. Thus, a thermal decomposition gas generated by the thermal decomposition of sawdust in the gasification furnace 12 is flowed into the gas retention tank 13 through the communication pipe 60. Tar in the thermal decomposition gas is decomposed in a high temperature state, by temporarily retaining the thermal decompositing gas in the gas retention tank 13 at a high temperature.
