Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a desorption performance of an adsorbent in next purge by suppressing dissipation of heat in an adsorption passage of a trap canister to the outside.SOLUTION: In a trap canister 16 in which an adsorbent 45 capable of adsorbing desorbing evaporation fuel contained in breakthrough gas exhausted from a main canister is disposed, two passages having one-side ends connected to the main canister and other-side ends opened to an atmosphere are formed in parallel. One passage is defined as an adsorption passage 37 where the adsorbent 45 is disposed, and the remaining passage is defined as an air passage 60 where air flows. The air passage 60 includes an outside passage part 58 formed to at least partially surround the adsorption passage 37. In a passage 65 communicating to the air passage 60, a diaphragm valve 68 is provided which is closed normally but opened when supplying oil. The air passage 60 includes an inside passage part 53 formed to penetrate the inside of the adsorption passage 37.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, such as an ALD (Atomic Layer Deposition) apparatus, including a precursor source configured for depositing material on a heated substrate in a deposition reactor by sequential self-saturating surface reactions.SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: an in-feed line for feeding precursor vapor from the precursor source to a reaction chamber; and a structure configured for utilizing heat from a reaction chamber heater for preventing condensation of the precursor vapor into a liquid or solid phase between the precursor source and the reaction chamber. Also presented are a plurality of pulsing valves, a precursor source, a plurality of precursor cartridges, and a plurality of methods.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an air conditioning apparatus for cooling an automobile takes long to cool an inside of the automobile from when a user gets in the automobile.SOLUTION: The vehicle includes a riding space where the user gets in, a tank for storing compressed air, and a control part which emits the compressed air stored in the tank to the riding space. A power source of the vehicle and energy which does not burden on a power supply are used for at least one processing out of compression of air to the tank, cooling of the compressed air stored in the tank, and heating of the compressed air stored in the tank.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid state control device and a fluid state control method that can easily render a gas-liquid two-phase fluid into a desired fluid state.SOLUTION: The fluid state control device 100 which renders a gas-liquid two-phase fluid flowing through a supply tube into a predetermined fluid state includes: an information acquisition unit 110 that acquires pressure information pertaining to the pressure of the fluid, mass velocity information pertaining to the mass velocity of the fluid, and dryness information pertaining to the dryness of the fluid; and a control unit 120 that, on the basis of the pressure information, the mass velocity information and the dryness information, controls a pressure regulator valve 31 that can alter the pressure of the fluid, a pump 11 and throttling valve 12 that can alter the mass velocity of the liquid, and a heater 32 that can alter the latent heat of the liquid.
