    Abstract: The present invention provides a process for producing a polyamide resin composition, comprising the steps of: impregnating a molten polyamide resin into glass fiber rovings; taking off the polyamide-impregnated glass fiber rovings during twisting thereof to provide a strand; and pelletizing the strand to provide a resin composition, wherein a melt viscosity of the polyamide resin is set to fall within a particular range. According to the present invention, there can be provided a process for producing a glass fiber-reinforced polyamide resin composition excellent in the impregnation of the resin into the glass fiber rovings and capable of offering a molding excellent in mechanical strength and color tone.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a thermoplastic elastomer composition using a metal halide as a crosslinking auxiliary, where storage stability of the metal halide is improved, and supply stability to a melt kneading device is improved.SOLUTION: This method for producing the thermoplastic elastomer comprises dynamically heat-treating the following component (A) and component (B) in a melt-kneading apparatus in the presence of the following component (C) and component (D), where the component (D) is a powder, and a mixture of the component (D) powder and a particle with a volume-average particle diameter of 0.1-3 μm is continuously fed to the melt-kneading apparatus. The component (A) is an ethylene-α-olefin-based copolymer rubber; the component (B) is a polyolefin-based resin; the component (C) is an alkylphenol resin; and the component (D) is a metal halide.
