PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive photosensitive resin composition which can be pressure-bonded to a substrate or the like, has flame retardancy and reduces warpage in dry film formation, and a photosensitive film comprising the photosensitive resin composition. SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition comprises (A) an alkali-soluble resin, (B) a light-sensitive material and (C) a phosphoric ester compound represented by general formula (1), wherein R 1 is a 1-30C aliphatic organic group and three symbols R 1 may be the same or different. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a polyimide resin composition for forming an insulating layer of a solar cell having optimum rheology characteristics for screen printing or the like, wherein wettability to each coated substrate is enhanced, continuous printing of 500 times or more is possible, a hole, cissing or a pinhole is not generated after printing/coating or during drying/hardening, and a specified part can be coated; a method of forming the insulating layer in the solar cell by using the polyimide resin composition; and the solar cell having the insulating layer formed by that method.SOLUTION: The polyimide resin composition for forming the insulating film of the solar cell is a heat-resistant polyimide resin soluble in a mixed solvent of a first organic solvent (A) and a second organic solvent (B). The polyimide resin includes an alkyl group and/or a perfluoroalkyl group in a repeating unit of polyimide and has thixotropy.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a rear reflective layer of a fuel cell in which the rear reflective layer of the fuel cell, which is excellent in heat resistance and various durability and can be contributed to improvement in a conversion rate of the fuel cell and reliability in long-term use, can be formed simply and conveniently at a low cost, to provide a composition used for the method for forming the rear reflective layer of the fuel cell, and to provide the fuel cell having the rear reflective layer formed by the method for forming the rear layer of the fuel cell.SOLUTION: A polyimide resin composition for forming the rear reflective layer of the fuel cell contains: an organic solvent; a polyimide resin dissolved into the organic solvent; and light-reflecting particles dispersed into the organic solvent.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive modified polyimide resin composition having excellent electrical properties and adhesion properties, also having excellent heat resistance, flexibility, bending properties, low warpage properties, chemical resistance and storage stability and having photo-fabrication properties; a resin film formed from the composition; a printed circuit board, a flexible printed circuit board (FPC), etc., each of which has the film as an insulating and protective film or an interlayer insulation film. SOLUTION: The photosensitive modified polyimide resin composition includes a modified polyimide containing a flexible structure (e.g. a polycarbonate) in the main chain and having a specific structure, a photosensitizer, a heat-curing agent and a solvent.
