PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferritic heat resistant alloy having excellent clinker sticking-preventive performance in high temperature combustion gas, and further having satisfactory high temperature corrosion resistance, high temperature strength properties, structure stability, and resistance to embrittlement by incorporating no Al and also extremely suppressing the content of Mn. SOLUTION: The the ferritic heat resistant alloy for a clinker sticking-preventive structure lined on an inorganic refractory heat insulating material forming a furnace wall contains, by weight, ≤0.50% Mn, 2.0 to 4.0% Si, 15.0 to 25.0% Cr and ≤2.0% Ni, and the balance substantially Fe, and suitably, further contains ≤0.20% C, ≤0.20% N, Ta+Nb: 0.20 to 1.20. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of hydrogen embrittlement crack caused by contact with high-pressure gaseous hydrogen in a guide tube of a solenoid valve for hydrogen having a dissimilar material welding structure of ferritic stainless steel and austenitic stainless steel. SOLUTION: The structure of a weld metal of ferritic stainless steel and austenitic stainless steel has a composition consisting of ≥ 50% (100% may be acceptable) austenite and the balance a ferritic and/or martensitic structure, and the hardness of the weld metal is 150-320HV.
