PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding material causing no separation of incompatible components A and B in processing and having high mechanical strength, and to provide a primer for multilayer composite materials. SOLUTION: The molding material practically comprises (a) 5-95 pts. wt. amino-containing polymer as a polymer A, (b) 95-5 pts. wt. polymer B [wherein, (a)+(b) is 100 pts. wt.] and (c) 1-90 pts. wt. compatibilizing agent comprising an (alkyl)acrylic ester polymer.
