    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fine a crosslinking agent based on a polyaddition compound having a urethodione group and containing no blocking agent, which crosslinking agent can be processed into a PUR (polyurethane) powder coating material in combina tion with a hydroxyl group-bearing polymer and, it circumstances require, a compound reactive with a carboxyl group. SOLUTION: The polyaddition compound bearing the urethodione group and a carboxyl group is formed from 40-90 mass% of (A) a polyisocyanate bearing the urethodione group, 3-30 mass% of (B) a hydroxycarboxylic acid or a mercaptocarboxylic acid and 57-3 mass% of (C) an isocyanate-reactive monofunctional compound and/or (D) an aliphatic polyol and/or an alicyclic polyol and/or (E) a polyol bearing other functional group and/or (F) an aliphatic polyamine and/or an alicyclic polyamine.
