The pull-out guide comprises two relatively movable rails (2, 3) that are guided to each other over a roller body (4), where the running paths (6) of the roller body are area-wisely lubricated at the rails by a lubricant (7) containing boron nitride and/or polysiloxane. The lubricant is powdery and is applied as a sliding paste, dispersion or suspension. The weight portion of boron nitride is 10-20%. The lubricant comprises high temperature fat and/or food fat. The lubricant is incorporated by vibratory grinding. The lubricant has temperature resistance of above 600[deg] C. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device of a compressor for a refrigerator which can widen a clearance between a sliding surface of a bearing and a crankshaft surface in starting, while narrowing the clearance between the sliding surface of the bearing and the crankshaft surface, in regular operation of the compressor for the refrigerator. SOLUTION: A thickness of a resin sliding layer 3 is set so that a bearing clearance C2 in starting becomes relatively large within a range of 2.5-20% to a bearing clearance C1 in the normal service operation. Thus, since reduction in compression efficiency of the compressor for the refrigerator by axial run-out of a crankshaft 4 is prevented in the normal service operation, while narrowing the bearing clearance C1, since the bearing clearance C2 becomes large within a range of 2.5-20% to the normal service operation in starting, direct contact between the sliding surface of the bearing 1 and the crankshaft 4 surface can be prevented.
