    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the interparticulate bridging of an insulated ultrafine powder prepared by covering a conductive ultrafine powder with an insulating film to stabilize the dielectric properties of a composite of a resin with the insulated ultrafine powder. SOLUTION: What is provided is an insulated ultrafine powder which is an insulated ultrafine powder prepared by subjecting an insulated ultrafine powder prepared by covering an electrically conductive ultrafine powder with an insulating film to surface treatment for hydrophobization, wherein the electrically conductive ultrafine powder comprises a carbon material in the form of a sphere of a particle diameter of 1-500 nm, a fiber of a cross-sectional-diameter of 1-500 nm, or a flake of a thickness of 1-500 nm, the insulating film comprises an insulating metal oxide or a hydrate thereof, and the insulating film has a thickness which is 0.3 nm or larger, is equal to or smaller than the particle diameter when the electrically conductive ultrafine powder is in the form of a sphere, is equal to or smaller than the cross-sectional diameter when it is a fiber, and is equal to or smaller than the thickness when it is a flake.     Abstract: 本発明の樹脂複合材料は、炭素材料からなる導電性微粉末、酸、所定のアルコキシ金属組成物、及び水を含む混合物を撹拌して、水を含む溶媒を留去して得られる絶縁化微粉末、ならびに樹脂を含む樹脂組成物からなり、樹脂複合材料の誘電率を高い状態に維持しながら誘電損失tanδを小さくすることができ、かつ特定の反応条件によりゾルゲル反応を進めることから、樹脂とともに加熱溶融混練しても樹脂分解が発生しない。また、本発明の樹脂複合材料は、絶縁化微粉末の原料に炭素材料を用いるので、その比重を2以下に軽量化できる。
