Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture electric wiring that connects a plurality of electrical connection points. SOLUTION: Printed circuit board 20 and 30 where a plurality of conductors 22 and 32 are formed in parallel are prepared. Via an insulating layer 4 between the printed circuit board 20 and 30, the printed circuit boards 20 and 30 are laminated for forming a circuitry 1 so that surfaces where the conductors 22 and 32 are formed face to face with each other, and at the same time the angle relationship where the conductors 22 and 23 are orthogonally crossed can be achieved. After that, laser beams are applied, and desired lattice points P1 to P3 are electrically connected or desired positions Q1 and Q2 in the conductors 22 and 23 are electrically cut, thus forming a desired circuit.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the moving distance of a robot, to heighten the production efficiency and to reduce the size of equipment. SOLUTION: In a method of sequentially assembling plural parts by a robot 4 to manufacture an assembly product 1, each part has a connecting means 19 for connecting at least another part. The robot 4 grips an upper cover 11 which is a first part of the plural parts, and presses the same to an interior part 12 as a second part to be connected to each other. Secondly, with the interior part 12 connected by the upper cover 11 gripped by the robot 4, the interior part 12 is pressed and connected to a disc-like part 13 as a third part. Similarly, the upper cover 11 is connected to a lower case 14 as a fourth part to end assembling for the assembly product 1.

(a) to (c)) in which a conductor pattern 22 is formed only on one side surface of a resin film 23, a via hole 24 is formed and a conductive paste 50 is charged and a one-side conductor pattern film 31 in which a conductor pattern 22 is formed only on one side surface of the film 23, and the film 23 is perforated and removed so as to expose an electrode 23, laminating a cover layer 36 which is perforated to expose an electrode 37 on a lowermost layer (Fig. (d)), and hot pressing the laminate to thereby manufacture the multilayer substrate 100 having the electrodes on both of the surfaces.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manhours for attaching a solar radiation sensor for a vehicle. SOLUTION: A solar cell 11 receives solar radiation to make a photocurrent flow to an electric power source 12 and a potential dividing circuit 13. A secondary battery 123 is charged through a reverse current preventive diode 121 and a resistance element 122 to supply electric power to an analog-digital converter 14, a digital-frequency converter 15 and a transmission circuit 16. The circuit 13 outputs an analog signal proportional to intensity of the solar radiation. The A/D converter 14 analog-digital-converts the analog signal to generate a digital signal. The frequency converter 15 converts the digital signal into a high-frequency signal to output the high frequency signal. The transmission circuit 16 power-amplifies the high-frequency signal to output a power-amplified signal, and antenna 17 transmits the power-amplified signal via a radio wave as a medium.

SOLUTION: Conductor pattern films 21 filled with a conductive paste 50 are laminated in a via hole 24 of a thermo-plastic resin film 23 where a conductor pattern 22 is formed, which is collectively heat-pressed through a buffer material 31, to provide a multilayer printed board 10 having sections of different number of layers of a conductor pattern 22. Since the insulating base materials 23 are all formed of the same themo-plastic resin, it is not required to provide a working process for each material of the insulating base material, resulting in no complicate manufacturing process. Thus a manufacturing cost is lowered.
