    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photocurable liquid composition exhibiting excellent fluidity and photocurability, even if the filling rate of ceramic to a mixture of ceramic powder or the like and a binder composition is increased; and easily fabricating a desired 3D article using the stereolithography. SOLUTION: A photocurable liquid composition 1 contains the following components (A), (B), (C) and (D), does not contain solvent, and is produced by the stereolithography. (A) is 1 to 20% by weight of an ethylene unsaturated monomer. (B) is 0.01 to 10% by weight of a photopolymerization initiator. (C) is 0.4 to 5% by weight of a comb-shaped organic polymer having a polar group. And (D) is 75 to 95% by weight of an inorganic fine particle.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive photosensitive composition for a solid state imaging device which is superior in developability and in pattern formation, produces highly refractive cured film, and forms a pattern with ease. SOLUTION: The resin composition includes: (A) at least one selected from a polyamic acid with a predetermined structure and an imidized polymer of the polyamic acid with the predetermined structure; (B) particles including an oxide of an element of the fourth group of the periodic table as a main component and having a particle size of 1-100 nm measured with dynamic light scattering; (C) a quinone diazide compound; and (D) an organic solvent, wherein the content of (C) the quinone diazide compound is in the range of 10-40 wt.% when the sum total of components in the composition excluding (D) the organic solvent is set to 100 wt.%.     Abstract: Disclosed is a film-shaped optical waveguide having excellent bending durability and transparency. Specifically disclosed is a film-shaped optical waveguide (1) comprising a lower cladding layer (15), a core portion (22), an intermediate cladding layer (36) and an upper cladding layer (33). The lower cladding layer (15) and the upper cladding layer (33) are made of a cured product of a photocurable resin composition which contains, when the solid content of the photocurable resin composition is taken as 100% by mass, 30-80% by mass of a urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer (A), 15-69% by mass of a reactive diluted monomer (B) and 0.1-10% by mass of a photopolymerization initiator (C). The intermediate cladding layer (36) is made of a cured product of a photocurable resin composition which contains, when the solid content of the photocurable resin composition is taken as 100% by mass, 5-80% by mass of a urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer (a), 1-40% by mass of a reactive diluted monomer (b), 0.1-10% by mass of a photopolymerization initiator (c) and 15-75% by mass of a vinyl polymer (d) having an ethylenically unsaturated group.
