PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a capsule toner having a uniform resin coating layer and a narrow particle size distribution, the capsule toner, and a developer. SOLUTION: The method for producing the capsule toner includes the steps of: depositing resin particulates on surfaces of toner base particles by making the toner base particles and the resin particulates flow to apply a mechanical impact force; spraying a liquid obtained by dispersing hydrophobic silica particulates in a polar organic solvent, onto the toner base particles which are in a fluid state and have the resin particulates deposited on the surfaces thereof; and forming the resin particulates having the hydrophobic silica particulates deposited thereon, into films by the impact force to form resin coating layers on the surfaces of the toner base particles. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a capsule toner comprises: a mixed resin fine particle adhering step of forming a mixed resin fine particle adhered particle by adhering to the toner base particle surface a mixed resin fine particle comprising a crystalline polyester resin fine particle and an amorphous resin fine particle; a spraying step of spraying to the mixed resin fine particle adhered particle in a flowable state a mixed solution of a liquid for plasticizing the particle and a crystal nucleating agent; and a filming step of forming a resin coating layer on the toner base particle surface by processing the mixed resin fine particle into a film by an impact force. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the capsule toner, a resin particle aggregate formed by aggregating resin particles and inorganic particles smaller in particle size than the resin particles is cracked by a mechanical impact force applied thereto, and the resin particles having the inorganic particles adhering to the surface which are acquired by cracking are made to adhere to surfaces of toner base particles, to thereby form the resin coating layer on the surfaces of the toner base particles. SOLUTION: The capsule toner 1 comprises toner base particles 2 containing a binder resin and a colorant, and a resin coating layer 4 formed on the surface of the toner base particle 2. The resin coating layer 4 comprises a plurality of kinds of resin fine particles having different complex viscosities, formed into a film state. The plurality of kinds of resin fine particles include first resin fine particles showing a complex viscosity of 5.0×10 2 Pa s or more and 1.0×10 3 Pa s or less at the softening temperature of the toner base particles, and second resin fine particles having a complex viscosity of 1.0×10 4 Pa s or more and 1.0×10 5 Pa s or less at the softening temperature of the toner base particles. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a resin-layer coated carrier excellent in charging stability while reducing an environmental load due to the use of a large amount of a solvent as a problem with a wet method. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing a resin-layer coated carrier, the resin-layer coated carrier is manufactured by stirring magnetic base particles and resin fine particles in a powder passage by using a manufacturing apparatus provided with a rotary stirring section including a rotary disk circumferentially provided with a stirring blade and a rotary shaft, and the powder passage including a rotary stirring chamber and a circulation tube. The method includes: a fine resin particle adhering step where magnetic base particles and fine resin particles are inputted into the powder passage with the rotary stirring section rotating, and the fine resin particle are adhered onto a surface of the magnetic base particle; a spraying step where at least a liquid that plasticizes the fine resin particles is sprayed with spray gas from a spraying section on the magnetic base particle and the fine resin particle which are in a fluidized state in the power passage; and a film-forming step, where rotation by the rotary stirring section is continued to fluidize the magnetic base particles and the fine resin particles until the fine resin particles adhered to the magnetic base particles are softened to form a film. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one component development method to form a high-quality image free from fogging or deterioration in the picture quality for a long period of time. SOLUTION: The one component development method is implemented by supplying the following toner onto a developing roller by a supply roller, carrying the supplied toner on the developing roller, making the carried toner form a toner thin layer of uniform thickness by a layer thickness regulating member disposed in contact with the developing roller, and bringing the developing roller carrying the toner thin layer of uniform thickness into contact with a photoreceptor carrying an electrostatic latent image to develop the electrostatic latent image. The toner is prepared by externally adding each predetermined amount of silica having a predetermined average particle diameter and of aluminum oxide-silicon dioxide mixture oxide having a predetermined average particle diameter to toner mother particles containing at least a colorant and a binder resin. The circumferential velocity ratio of the developing roller to the circumferential velocity of the photoreceptor is controlled to 1.10 to 1.25, thereby maintaining excellent stable supplying property of the toner for a long time. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner which is excellent in electrostatic charge stability when it is used as a nonmagnetic one component developer, welding resistance to a developing blade and filming resistance to a developing roller and a photo conductor and forms a high concentration, uniform, and clear image with a small amount of toner. SOLUTION: In the case of producing the toner used as the developer of an image forming device 100, volume mean particle diameter is set to ≥6μm≤9μm, content of toner particles having ≥15.0μm particle diameter is set to ≤ 2.0 volume %, content of toner particles having ≤ 5.00μm particle diameter is set to ≥ 30 number % and content of toner particles having ≤ 3.00μm particle diameter is set to ≤ 10 number %. In the toner having such particle diameter distribution, electrostatic charging property is maintained through life even when it is used as the nonmagnetic one component developer, welding to the developing blade and filming to the developing roller and the recording medium such as the photoconductor are not generated and the high concentration, uniform and clear image is formed with a small amount of toner.
