PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To upgrade coating quality and increase finished product yield.SOLUTION: The coating device comprises a high speed camera 3 which photographs a tablet layer A inside a rotary drum 1, a personal computer 4 which calculates the flow velocity of a tablet in the tablet layer A based on photographic data of the high speed camera 3, and a control device 5 which controls the rotary speed of the rotary drum 1 according to the calculated value of the flow velocity of the tablet by the personal computer 4.

본 발명은 몰드본체 규격검출부를 통해 몰드본체의 규격 혹은 크기를 검출하여 분석한후 오일분사모듈의 작동높이를 결정하는 제1 과정과; 상기 제1 과정후에 제어판넬부가 볼트의 위치를 센서검출부를 통해 검출하여 분석한후 오일분사모듈의 분사위치를 산출하는 제2 과정과; 상기 제1 과정과 제2 과정중에 제어판넬부가 상기 몰드본체 규격검출부와 센서검출부를 통해 산출한 오일분사모듈의 작동높이와 분사위치를 세부분석한후 그 결과에 따라 오일분사모듈이 결합된 이송프레임부재를 유동시킨다음 오일분사모듈을 구동시켜 압축된 오일을 몰드본체의 볼트로 분사시키는 제3 과정을 포함하는 PHC파일 몰드의 오일 자동 분사장치 및 그 제어방법을 제공한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명은 몰드 체결볼트 자동 체결/해체장치의 일측에 설치되고 볼트위치검출센서에 의해 검출된 볼트위치정보를 이용하여 진입하는 몰드의 볼트로 오일을 분사시켜 볼트의 체결 및 해체를 원활하게 하므로써, 몰드의 체결볼트가 여러원인에 의해 너트와 융착되거나 오결합된다 하더라도 분사된 윤활오일에 의해 융착압력을 현저히 저하시킬 수가 있기 때문에 체결볼트 자동 체결/해체장치가 볼트를 원할하게 체결 및 해체시킬 수 있으므로 그에 따라 몰드 볼트의 체결 및 해제고정에 대한 작업생산성을 극대화시키는 효과가 있다.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an especially improved rotating drum structure with respect to improvement of coating technique, and to provide a driving method of a rotating drum for obtaining better products with low proportion defective. SOLUTION: A method for including particles into the surface of an object comprises applying if necessary, liquid or semi-liquid binder to the object so as to form the object applied with undercoating, adding the object and particles to a rotatable drum (106) which has at least an inlet (107), a length (L) and a diameter (D) and at least one wing, and rotating the drum. Each wing lifts the object and particles followed by dropping, and the drop impact of the object and particles thrusts the particles into the object or the coating film of the object applied with undercoating. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a tacky adhesive layer on the surface of a treating object as a step for forming a powder-coating film. SOLUTION: A medium m1 coated with an adhesive material for forming an adhesive layer is forced to collide with a treating object W to transfer the adhesive material from the adhesive layer forming medium to the treating object and form an adhesive layer on the object. The thickness of the adhesive layer formed on the treating object can be adjusted to a desired level by adjusting the thickness of the adhesive material applied to the adhesive layer forming medium (amount of the adhesive material held by one adhesive layer forming medium). Accordingly, the thickness of the powder-coating layer formed on the surface of the treating object by the subsequent step to form a powder-coating film can be adjusted to a desired level. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To a seal-application device and a seal-application method, easy in the uniform application of a sealant to a fastener.SOLUTION: A sealant-discharge device 11 included in the seal-application device 1 discharges the sealant to be applied on the fastener 25. The sealant discharge device 11 is provided with a discharge-punch drive device 113 that presses a discharge punch 111 into a seal cartridge 112 filled with the sealant. The discharge-punch drive device 113 varies the force for pressing the discharge punch 111 so that the discharge amount of the sealant is controlled to be constant.
