PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset cancellation device capable of canceling offset even when a capacitive or resistance device is connected to the outside of an operational amplifier, and of outputting a signal during the canceling operation of offset. SOLUTION: This offset cancellation device is configured to run with the combination of output signals fewer in number than output signals to be output from a plurality of output circuits 16, each of which adjusts the gain of an input signal supplied to an operational amplifier 210. A selection output circuit 20 selects and outputs the prescribed number of output signals of a plurality of output circuits 16 necessary for driving the device. A judgement circuit 30 compares an output signal which has not been selected with a reference signal to adjust the gain of the output circuit 16, and cancels the offset of the operational amplifier 210. In the operation amplifier 210, a plurality of CAP groups are configured by combining feedback capacitors 226 by different number of aggregates, and whether or not those feedback capacitors function for each CAP group is switched until the judgement of normality is made by the judgement circuit 30. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a differential amplifier circuit having an offset adjustment circuit which is not affected by temperature change and secular change without affecting resolution of offset voltage by variation in manufacture, and to provide a charge controller using the differential amplifier circuit. SOLUTION: The differential amplifier is constituted so that voltage drop in the adjustment resistor always becomes constant, offset compensation voltage Vadj closest to measured offset voltage Vof is set since a bias current source 2 fluctuates bias current i3 so as to compensate fluctuation in resistance values even when the resistance values of resistors R1-R4 constituting an adjustment resistor fluctuate by the manufacturing variation, furthermore, fluctuation of the offset compensation voltage Vadj is suppressed since a resistor Rb for generating the bias current similarly changes even when the adjustment resistor changes according to temperature variation during an operation and a resistance value of the adjustment resistor changes by aging in the differential amplifier circuit 1. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a voltage comparison circuit with an offset which reduces the variation of a threshold, detects the generation of a prescribed offset voltage between inputted two signals, and is high in speed and accuracy, and a semiconductor integrated circuit having the voltage comparison circuit, and an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The voltage comparison circuit is equipped with a resistance R1 connected between a constant current circuit 12 and one input transistor M1 of a differential input circuit 11. A current outputted from a PMOS transistor M3 comprising the constant current circuit 12 feeding a bias current to each of the input transistors M1 and M2 is controlled by the current control circuit 4 so that a voltage difference at both ends of the resistance R1 becomes constant at a predetermined value Va of a reference voltage Vref. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the matter of conventional driver circuit that it is difficult to control the output amplitude or the output voltage such as the neutral voltage of a CML circuit, and the matter of conventional driver circuit that the high level of output voltage of the CML circuit is dropped from the power supply voltage. SOLUTION: The driver circuit has an amplitude conversion section delivering a differential output signal by converting the amplitude of a differential input signal, a section for setting the amplitude of the differential output signal, and a section for setting the central value of amplitude of the differential output signal.
