    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for coating a food with fine powder such as wheat flour and bread crumb. SOLUTION: The objective coating apparatus is provided with an endless conveyor belt having upper and lower faces and allowing the passage of the fine powder, a means for forming a fine powder layer on a part of the upper face capable of holding the food product and transporting the product in transportation direction, a means provided with a vessel having a fine powder discharging part and capable of coating the product on the upper face with the fine powder layer and a distribution means allowing the passage of the fine powder and uniformly distributing the powder over the whole width of the upper face. The distribution means is provided with a distribution member placed across the lower side of the discharging part and allowing the passage of the fine powder and a plate-like member placed under the distribution member and inhibiting the passage of the fine powder.

    摘要: PURPOSE: To effectively coat food with a granular material by winding an endless conveyer belt around the roller at a sending in tip part and a sending out tip part. CONSTITUTION: A fish meat piece 27 is fed onto the layer of bread crumb 28 on a wire belt from the sending out tip part of a feeding belt 25 wound around the roller 26. The bread crumb dropping through the net of the wire belt is divided to a part 29 collected by a baffle plate 15 and a part 30 dropping on to the upper part of the fish meat piece after recirculation. In operation, the fish meat piece 27 fed from the belt 25 is transported along the advancing route of the belt 10 and placed on the layer of the bread crumb 28.
