    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vapor deposition method for forming an atom layer by using a group IV metal precursor which employs N-alkoxy-β-keto iminate for a ligand of a group IV metal and has high reactivity with a reacting gas, along with having thermal-chemical stability in a carrier gas atmosphere, and can be easily removed of the ligand from the metal. SOLUTION: This vapor deposition method is characterized by using a complex of a chemical formula M(L)2 consisting of a tridentate ligand L shown in the chemical formula, wherein R1 and R2 are each linear or branched 1-4C alkyl group, and R3 is a linear or branched 1-5C alkylene group, and of a tetravalent group IV metal M, as the group IV metal precursor, to form a metal oxide thin-film.

    摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrially advantageous method of producing α- aminoketones by solving such problem that the synthetic process therefor is limited, since the α-aminoketones are useful as a synthetic intermediate for β-aminoalcohols or for synthesis of N atom-containing heterocyclic rings, but are unstable under the conditions except the acidic ones. SOLUTION: The method of producing α-aminoketones that are represented by general formula (I) is characterized by allowing a compound represented by general formula (II) to react with a base and a lower alcohol in the presence of a phase transfer catalyst (wherein R1, R2 and R2' are mutually identical or different from one another, and represent H, an alkyl, aryl which may be substituted, heteroaryl which may be substituted or an aralkyl which may be substituted and R3 is an eliminating group).
