PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a continuous superheated steam heat treatment device which can continuously perform heat treatment for turning a copper paste coating into an electroconductive coating having a sufficient electroconductivity.SOLUTION: A continuous superheated steam heat treatment device comprises: a transfer part 130 for transferring a film 150; and a heat treatment furnace 110 through which the film 150 transferred by the transfer part 130 passes, and which heat-treats a copper paste coating passing together with the film 150 by superheated steam, and forms the electroconductive coating. The heat treatment furnace 110 has an introduction passage 115 and a lead-out passage 116 of the film 150. Ratios L/H of depths L to heights H of the introduction passage 115 and the lead-out passage 116 are not smaller than 3, respectively.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce gas consumption and power consumption rather than the prior arts, in a continuous sintering furnace, and to suppress a sintering defect by completing dewaxing in a dewaxing section.SOLUTION: In the continuous sintering furnace, a dewaxing section 20, a sintering section 30 and a cooling section 40 are provided continuously from a conveyance upstream side to a downstream side in a furnace body 10 penetrated with a furnace inside conveyance path 11 for a work W. The continuous sintering furnace comprises conveyance means 50 for conveying the work W along the furnace inside conveyance path 11. Within a connection passage 14 provided in a boundary portion between the dewaxing section 20 and the sintering section 30, shield air stream jetting means 60 is provided which includes a nozzle 61 for jetting out a shield air stream shielding and partitioning a space within the furnace into the dewaxing section 20 and the sintering section 30. A jetting direction and a flow velocity of the shield air stream are set appropriately to prevent harmful gas generated in the dewaxing section 20 from being infiltrated into the sintering section 30, and while reducing a sintering defect, the quantity of atmospheric gas to be supplied to the sintering section 30 and power consumption for heating the atmospheric gas are reduced.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating furnace and a heating apparatus which continuously and stably remove residual strain of an SMA (Shape Memory Alloy) wire. SOLUTION: The heating furnace includes: a heating portion in which a first passage for heating a part of the wire to an austenite transformation finish temperature or higher is formed; and two guide portions in each of which a second passage for passing the wire therethrough is formed, the second passages being arranged integrally with the heating portion so as to communicate with both end parts of the first passage, respectively. In the heating furnace, the guide portions are constituted in such a manner that each of temperature at the openings in two guide portions becomes a martensite transformation finish temperature or lower under tension. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated facility for forming and heat treating a metal casting.SOLUTION: An integrated facility for forming and heat treating a metal casting is provided, the facility comprising: a pouring station for pouring a molten metal into a mold to form a casting; a process temperature control station downstream from the pouring station, the process temperature control station comprising a temperature sensing device in a heat treatment furnace; wherein the temperature sensing device and the heat source are adapted to maintain the temperature of the casting at or above a process control temperature for the metal of the casting, and wherein upon receipt of a rejection signal from the temperature sensing device, the transfer mechanism removes the casting prior to entry into the furnace.
