The pocket structured body comprises the receiving part (6) including a bottom part and a main body part accommodating a molded body; the first sealing part (4) in which the cross section area of the first sealing part (4) which is paralle to the opening (7) is greater than the cross section area of a main body (3), paralle to the opening (7); and a boundary part (5) which connects the main body (3) and the first sealing part (4) along the surface perpendicular or inclined with respect to the main body.     摘要: PURPOSE: A method for forming ceramic bearing balls with uniform density and lightweight is provided, which produces completely spherical balls, and prevents formation of cracking and mold marks by vibration using balloons and water pressure unlike a conventional forming method, injection molding. CONSTITUTION: The forming method comprises the steps of: inserting a mold(10) with a sphere shape inside the mold into a lower part of a balloon(2); inputting 110%(based on the material to be formed ball) of ceramic powder(3) and 200%(based on the material to be formed ball) of air to the balloon through an inlet of the balloon laid out of the mold, and tying up the inlet of balloon; vibrating the mold with a vertical vibrator and a rotary vibrator to fill ceramic powder uniformly for spherical balls of uniform density; cutting out over a knot; separating the balloon from the mold and moving the knot to the top of the sphere; putting the balloon covering the formed ball in a chamber(30) filled with air and water, and cold isostatic pressing(CIP); removing the balloon and sintering at 1500-1750deg.C; polishing the surface of balls. The resultant ceramic balls have the resistance against heat, corrosion, acids, and dust.
