The processor(s) are configured to detect, during the session, an employment command received from the candidate via the computing device in response to presenting the first employment opportunity to the candidate via the computing device. The processor(s), in response to determining that the employment command is a first predefined single swipe motion across a touchscreen of the computing device, are configured to automatically populate an electronic application for the first employment opportunity utilizing the candidate information, automatically submit the electronic application to an employer, and present a second employment opportunity via the computing device.

An example system for processing a search query indicative of a candidate to hire includes a database including records of a plurality of profiles, a network connector to provide access to the database via an application programming interface, and a computing device. The computing device periodically generates a first score representing a likelihood that a person associated with the respective profile will respond to a communication regarding a job in a particular category. The computing device also, in response to receiving a search query (a) generates a second score representing a probabilistic measurement of a likelihood that the person associated with the retrieved profile will change jobs, (b) generates a third score representative of a percentile level of activity associated with searching for a new job.

A recruiting tool for leveraging social and business contacts of existing employees, contractors, franchisees and the like is disclosed. The system provides an application for evaluating contact data of employee contacts available through existing social networks or other applications. The application compares the contact data to opportunity description data and, if any of the contacts appear to possess the proper qualifications, matches those contacts to the opportunity of the employer. Feedback is provided to the employee identifying these matched contacts. The employee may then use the application to alert the matched contact of the opportunity, and to submit a referral to the employer relating to the matched contact. Additional system features and options for parties in the role of the employer, the employee, and the matched contacts are disclosed.

An example apparatus includes a candidate manager to retrieve, via a processor, a first keyword provided by a candidate during a session of the candidate on an employment website. The apparatus includes a recruiter-candidate comparator to query, in real time during the session, a database including bids for candidates. The recruiter-candidate comparator is to retrieve, in response to identifying that at least one of the bids for candidates includes the first keyword, one or more of the bids for candidates from the database that include the first keyword and determine a recruiter list to include at least one recruiter of the one or more bids for candidates that include the first keyword. The apparatus includes a recruiter manager to distribute, in real time during the session, candidate information of the candidate to the recruiter list.
