摘要:
There are disclosed a film mirror, which can be prevented from decrease in specular reflectance when a silver layer that serves as a reflective layer is deteriorated, is lightweight and flexible, can be produced at low cost, can have an enlarged surface area, can be produced on a large scale, exhibits excellent light stability and weather resistance, and exhibits good specular reflectance to solar light; a process for producing the film mirror; and a reflection device for solar power generation, which is equipped with such a film mirror. The film mirror comprises at least an adhesive layer, a silver reflection layer and an upper adjacent layer as constituent layers provided on the resin substrate sequentially in this order, in which at least the upper adjacent layer contains a binder and a corrosion inhibitor for silver.

Method for manufacturing an image pickup lens unit. In the second molding step, by performing additional molding with respect to a first holder member 20 in which a lens 10 has been inserted, the separation of the lens 10 can be prevented and, at the same time, a second holder member 30 welded to the first holder member 20 can be molded. Therefore, molding of the second holder member 30 and the process of joining the second holder member with the first holder member 20 can be performed together. Additionally, when the lens 10 is fixed from the side of a third molding portion 63 of a second mold 52, the lens 10 and the third molding portion 63 are brought in contact by an elastic biasing force, thereby reducing breakage or deformation of the lens 10.

A method of manufacturing a light-emitting device including a light-emitting element which emits light with a predetermined wavelength and a wavelength conversion portion including a fluorescent substance which is excited by the light emitted from the light-emitting element to emit fluorescence with a wavelength different from the predetermined wavelength, includes the followings. First, spraying so as to apply a liquid mixture containing a layered silicate mineral and a translucent ceramic precursor on the light-emitting element from a nozzle is performed while the nozzle is moved relative to the light-emitting element. Subsequently, forming of the wavelength conversion portion by heating the sprayed and applied liquid mixture is performed.

A large aperture zoom optical system and an image pickup apparatus have a five-lens-group arrangement of positive-negative-positive-negative-positive refractive powers. At the time of zooming, the fifth lens group is fixed, and at least the second lens group, the third lens group and the fourth lens group are moved. The third lens group for use in focusing is composed of a single lens element.

A laminated wafer lens includes a wafer lens and a spacer substrate bonded to each other. The wafer lens includes a resin section provided on a surface of a glass substrate. The resin section includes lens portions and interval portions, each interval portion provided between adjacent lens portions. The spacer substrate has openings at positions corresponding to the respective lens portions. The lens portions are arrayed in row and column directions in a matrix fashion. The interval portions include first and second interval portions, the second interval portion longer than the first interval portion. The spacer substrate includes interval portions each of which is provided between adjacent openings. The interval portions include third and fourth interval portions corresponding to the first and second interval portions, respectively, the fourth interval portion being longer than the third interval portion.

A zoom lens system is composed of negative, positive, negative, and positive lens groups, of which at least the first to third move during zooming. During zooming from the wide-angle end to the telephoto end, the distance between the first and second lens groups decreases, the distance between the second and third lens groups varies, and the distance between the third and fourth lens groups increases. The conditional formulae 1.0≦|f2/f1|≦1.5 and 2.0≦|f4/f1|≦5.0 are fulfilled (f1, f2, and f4 representing the focal lengths of the first, second, and fourth lens groups).
