    Abstract: This application provides a motor controller, a drive circuit, a power device. The motor controller includes a bridge arm circuit and a drive circuit. The bridge arm circuit includes a plurality of switching transistor bridge arms. The drive circuit is configured to provide a plurality of drive voltages to a plurality of switching transistors of the bridge arm circuit respectively. The drive circuit includes a plurality of transformers, a primary-side switch, and a control unit. A primary-side winding of each transformer includes a primary-side primary winding and a primary-side feedback winding. A secondary-side winding of each transformer is configured to output one drive voltage. One end of each primary-side primary winding is configured to connect to a power supply. The other end of each primary-side primary winding is connected to an end of the primary-side switching transistor. The motor controller reduces structural complexity of the drive circuit.

    Abstract: A power conversion apparatus, wherein two bus capacitors are connected in series between a direct current bus, and the direct current bus is connected to a first output end and a second output end of the power conversion apparatus. An input end of a first direct current conversion circuit is connected to a first group of first input ends, and an output end of a first direct current conversion circuit is connected to two ends of a first bus capacitor. An input end of a second direct current conversion circuit is connected to a second group of second input ends, and an output end of the second direct current conversion circuit is connected to two ends of a second bus capacitor. A first group of second input ends are connected to the direct current bus, and a second group of first input ends are connected to the direct current bus.

    Abstract: A photovoltaic inverter system includes a lightning protection apparatus, a plurality of DC/DC conversion circuits, and an inverter circuit. Each DC/DC conversion circuit is connected to a component. The plurality of DC/DC conversion circuits are connected in parallel and then connected to the inverter circuit. The lightning protection apparatus includes a gas lightning protection unit and a first lightning protection unit. The gas lightning protection unit is separately connected to a first terminal of the component and a first terminal of another component. The first lightning protection unit is connected between the first terminal of the component and a grounding terminal. The gas lightning protection unit is configured to transmit, to the first lightning protection unit, a first current, namely a current introduced by any terminal of the another component. The first lightning protection unit is configured to transmit the first current and/or a second current to the grounding terminal.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides a powertrain and a mechanical device. The powertrain includes a heat exchanger, an electronic assembly, and a motor. The electronic assembly includes a first housing, the motor includes a second housing, the first housing is fastened to the second housing, and the heat exchanger is also fastened to the first housing, so that both the heat exchanger and the electronic assembly and both the electronic assembly and the motor are fastened as a whole. The electronic assembly includes an electronic component, and the electronic component is disposed in an accommodation cavity of the first housing. The heat exchanger includes a first flow channel, and the first flow channel is configured to transmit a cooling working medium. This embodiment can improve integration of the powertrain and heat dissipation effect of the powertrain.

    Abstract: A motor controller for pulse heating of a power battery. The motor controller includes an inverter circuit, the inverter circuit includes three switching transistor bridge arms, two ends of each switching transistor bridge arm are respectively configured to connect to positive and negative electrodes of the power battery through a direct current bus, and bridge arm midpoints of the three switching transistor bridge arms are separately configured to connect to a three-phase winding of a motor. The bridge arm midpoints of the three switching transistor bridge arms are configured to output a three-phase current, the three-phase current is used to generate a pulse alternating current on the direct current bus, and the pulse alternating current is used to heat the power battery. A current of each phase of the three-phase current is a unipolar triangular wave, and a sum of the three-phase current is zero.

    Abstract: A power module includes a first power semiconductor chip, a first temperature sensor, a first diode chip, and a first circuit board. The first power semiconductor chip includes a first output electrode. The first temperature sensor is located inside the first power semiconductor chip, a first cathode of the first temperature sensor is electrically connected to the first output electrode. The first diode chip is electrically connected to the first power semiconductor chip, and a voltage is generated between the first output electrode and the first cathode when the first diode chip generates a reverse recovery current. The first circuit board is configured to obtain a first voltage difference between the first output electrode and the first cathode, to obtain a temperature of the first diode chip. The power module in this application can accurately and quickly detect temperatures of the first power semiconductor chip and the first diode chip.

    Abstract: A protection apparatus includes an interface, a protection switch, a direct current bus, and a controller. The apparatus is connected to at least two photovoltaic units via the interface, the at least two photovoltaic units are coupled to the direct current bus inside the apparatus to form at least two branches, and each branch is connected to at least one photovoltaic unit. The protection switch is configured to disconnect all or some of the photovoltaic units from the direct current bus, to enable a maximum of three photovoltaic units to be directly connected in parallel. According to the apparatus, a photovoltaic unit and a line are protected with a low power loss when a photovoltaic inverter is faulty.
