Abstract: A clutch device includes a clutch center including center-side fitting teeth, and a pressure plate including pressure-side fitting teeth. When a center-side assist cam surface and a pressure-side assist cam surface contact each other, an end of each of the pressure-side fitting teeth in a first direction is located ahead, in the first direction, of an end of a corresponding one of the center-side fitting teeth in a second direction, and at least portions of some of the pressure-side fitting teeth overlap with the center-side fitting teeth when seen in radial directions of the output shaft, and at least portions of others of the pressure-side fitting teeth do not overlap with the center-side fitting teeth when seen in radial directions of the output shaft.

Abstract: A vehicle platform includes a first wheel, a second wheel, and a first orientation keeper to move the first wheel in a vehicle width direction and keep an orientation of the first wheel with respect to a front-rear direction of a vehicle during movement of the first wheel. The first orientation keeper includes a first center body, a first wheel arm, and a first rotation actuator. The first center body is between the first wheel and the second wheel. Abstract: A clutch piston 1 is attached to a clutch with clutch plates 5 and a return spring 6. The clutch piston 1 has an operation portion 2 that transmits motive power by causing the clutch plates 5 to be in pressure contact with each other. Also, it breaks transmission of a driving force by releasing a force generated by the clutch plates 5 in pressure contact with each other. A holding portion 3 holds one end portion 6a of the return spring 6. A recessed portion 4 is formed in a predetermined part of the holding portion 3. It has inclined wall surfaces 4c, connecting edge surfaces 4a and a bottom surface 4b.

Abstract: A clutch device includes a pressure plate movable toward or away from a clutch center, rotatable relative to the clutch center, and operable to press input-side rotating plates and output-side rotating plates. The clutch center includes an oil passage, at least a portion of which is located in an inner peripheral surface of an outer peripheral wall to guide clutch oil to a center-side fitting portion. The pressure plate includes a pressure-side recess on an outer peripheral surface of a pressure-side fitting portion, recessed radially inward from the outer peripheral surface over the entire outer peripheral surface in movement directions, and continuous with the pressure-side cam hole when seen in movement directions. The pressure-side recess communicates with the oil passage.

Abstract: Provided are a joint component formed with fine recessed portions, a multiplate clutch device including the joint component, and a joint component manufacturing method. At the joint component, many fine recessed portions are formed at a joint surface joined to a joint object. The joint surface is formed in a circular ring shape along a peripheral direction of the base body, and is formed with a flatness of equal to or less than 0.15 mm. The fine recessed portions are formed at the joint surface such that adjacent ones of the fine recessed portions do not overlap with each other and a formation density per unit area at the joint surface is uniform. The fine recessed portions are formed as laser processing marks formed at the base body by irradiation with laser light.

Abstract: A motor vehicle has a motor performing power driving and regeneration. The motor has an inverter, a first power storage device with a large-capacity characteristic, a second power storage device with a high-power characteristic, a power converter and a circuit. The power converter has a voltage step down function during the power driving and a voltage step up function during the regeneration. In the circuit, the power converter, with the voltage step down function during the power driving, is connected to the first power storage device and the second power storage device is connected in series between a reactor of the power converter and the inverter. During the power driving of the motor, an output voltage of the first power storage device is stepped down to supply energy from the first power storage device and the second power storage device to the inverter.
