摘要: A fluid guide assembly for a friction disk clutch comprises an inner disk carrier having a carrier portion, a shoulder portion, and a shaft portion. The carrier portion has a connecting structure for receiving inner disks in a rotationally fixed and axially movable manner; and a fluid guide element which is fixedly connected to the inner disk carrier and which comprises an annular catching portion in which inflowing fluid can be caught, and a plurality of circumferentially distributed tab portions which extend in the axial direction and which each have a radial through-opening. The inner disk carrier has, directed radially outwardly, a plurality of longitudinal grooves which extend axially from the shoulder portion into the carrier portion and which are covered by tab portions of the fluid guide element.

摘要: A speed reducer is configured to reduce a rotational speed of rotation generated by torque received from a drive device and output the torque of the rotation of the reduced rotational speed. A drive cam has a plurality of drive cam grooves formed at one end surface of the drive cam and is rotated by the torque outputted from the speed reducer. A driven cam has a plurality of driven cam grooves formed at one end surface of the driven cam while each of the plurality of rolling elements is clamped between a corresponding one of the plurality of drive cam grooves and a corresponding one of the plurality of driven cam grooves. At least a part of each of the plurality of drive cam grooves overlaps with the speed reducer in the axial direction.

摘要: In a power transmission apparatus, a centrifugal clutch includes a holder, a press, a first spherical body that is partially protruded from a first opening and in contact with a rolling contact surface of the press so as to be rollable thereon, and a second spherical body that is partially protruded from a second opening and in contact with a rolling contact surface of the holder so as to be rollable thereon. A through hole has a tapered shape from the first opening to the second opening. Disconnection of the first spherical body is prevented by an outer peripheral edge of one of the first opening and the second opening that has a smaller diameter.

摘要: A method for operating a friction-locking shift element of a transmission of a motor vehicle includes actuating the friction-locking shift element for engagement according to a pressure versus torque characteristic curve. The pressure versus torque characteristic curve has a first characteristic point (a touch point) and a second characteristic point (a contact point), defines a first characteristic curve range between the touch point and the contact point having a first functional dependence, and defines a second characteristic curve range at or after the contact point having a second functional dependence. Once the touch point is reached, the friction-locking shift element begins to transmit torque mainly due to drag torques. Whereas, once the contact point is reached, the friction-locking shift element begins to transmit torque mainly due to friction between shift-element halves of the friction-locking shift element.

摘要: In a power transmission apparatus, an auxiliary clutch plate different in diameter from driving and driven clutch plates located in a clutch housing. When the driving and driven clutch plates are pressed against each other, the auxiliary clutch plate is pressed to enable transmission of a driving force of an engine to a driving wheel. When a pressing force exerted on the driving and driven clutch plates is released, a pressing force exerted on the auxiliary clutch plate is released to cut off transmission of the driving force of the engine to the driving wheel.

摘要: Torque of a prime mover is input into a sun gear. A planetary gear revolves in a circumferential direction of the sun gear while rotating and meshing with the sun gear. A carrier has an annular shape, rotatably supports the planetary gear, and is rotatable relative to the sun gear. A first ring gear is fixed to a housing, and meshes with the planetary gear. A second ring gear meshes with the planetary gear, is different from the first ring gear in number of teeth of a tooth portion, and outputs torque to a rotation portion. At least a part of the sun gear in an axial direction is located radially inward of the carrier. At least a part of the first ring gear and at least a part of the second ring gear in the axial direction are located radially outward of the carrier.
