    摘要: Disclosed herein is a method of locating a plurality of full cells constructed in a cathode/separator/anode structure, as basic units, on a separator sheet having a continuous length, further locating a unit electrode or a bi-cell on the separator sheet, and winding the full cells and unit electrode or the bi-cell to continuously manufacture a stacking/folding type electrode assembly constructed in a structure in which anodes are located at the outermost electrodes forming the outside of the electrode assembly, respectively, wherein the method including a step of continuously supplying a cathode sheet, an anode sheet, a first separator sheet, and a second separator sheet, to manufacture the unit cells, successively arranging the unit cells on the second separator sheet from a first stage to an nth stage, and winding the unit cells, a step of arranging cathode tabs and anode tabs at the respective stages, while the cathode tabs and the anode tabs are opposite to each other, and arranging electrode tabs having the same polarity between the neighboring stages, while the electrode tabs are opposite to each other, such that the electrode tabs having the same polarity are located all together at predetermined positions of the wound electrode assembly, and a step of supplying electrodes the number of which is odd from two electrode sheets and electrodes the number of which is even from one electrode sheet.

    摘要: A battery case for enclosing and hermetically sealing a battery body which generates current. The case includes a first polyethylene terephthalate layer, which is an innermost layer with respect to a battery body, which is adhered to another part of the same layer when sealing the battery body, a polymer layer on the first polyethylene terephthalate layer, a second polyethylene terephthalate layer on the polymer layer, and a polypropylene layer, which is an outermost layer with respect to the battery body, on the second polyethylene terephthalate layer. Therefore, short circuits generated during adhesion between edges of upper and lower portions of the case can be prevented, improving the case sealing process. Also, the deterioration of battery performance, due to a micro short circuit occurring during the sealing of the case, can be avoided. Further, the case sealing process can be safely performed, irrespective of conditions of thermal fusion such as temperature, pressure, and time.

    摘要: Disclosed herein are a hybrid type electrode assembly including a plurality of electrode groups that can be charged and discharged, wherein the respective electrode groups are constructed in a structure in which a cathode and an anode are opposite to each other while a separator is disposed between the cathode and the anode, and at least one of the electrode groups is a capacitor type electrode group, and a secondary battery including the same. In the hybrid type electrode assembly according to the present invention, a coupled system of a capacitor and a secondary battery is embodied in a single cell through a simplified manufacturing process. Consequently, the present invention has the effect of reducing the manufacturing costs of the battery cell and improving the pulse charge and discharge characteristics without the degeneration of capacity.

    摘要: The present invention provides a battery having a structure for increasing the power storage capacity and output thereof In accordance with the present invention, in a battery comprising an electrode assembly including anode plates, cathode plates and separators; and a battery case, both side bonding portions of which are folded toward adjacent sides thereof, for accommodating the electrode assembly and a designated amount of electrolyte, and sealing the electrode assembly such that two electrode terminals connected to corresponding electrode taps of the anode and cathode plates of the electrode assembly are exposed to the outside, an upper bonding portion of the battery case is folded toward the upper end of the battery case, and/or common portions of the upper bonding portion and both side portions of the battery case are cut off, and/or inner corners corresponding to the upper bonding portion have larger radiuses of curvature, and/or receipt portions for receiving the electrode assembly are respectively formed in upper and lower bodies of the battery case. The battery having the above structure has high power storage capacity and output at the same size of the battery package, and high sealing capacity and safety.
