    摘要: A process for the absorption of one or more gas(es) selected from the group consisting of carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides and carbon monoxide from a fluid, the process including: providing a fluid containing the selected gas(es); and an ionic liquid absorbent, the absorbent including the components: one or more anions; one or more metal species; and optionally one or more organic cations; and optionally one or more ligands; the absorbent components being selected such that the absorbent is in a liquid state at the operating temperature and pressure of the process; with the provisos that: when the anion contains in the same molecular entity: both an amine functional group and a sulfonate functional group; both an amine functional group and a carboxylate functional group; both a phosphine functional group and a sulfonate functional group; or both a phosphine functional group and a carboxylate functional group, the metal species is not an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal; the anion and/or metal species do not form a cuprate; and when the anion and/or metal species form a metal halide, the ionic liquid absorbent includes one or more ligands; contacting the fluid with the ionic liquid absorbent such that the selected gas(es) interact with the metal species; and collecting an ionic liquid in which at least a portion of the selected gas(es) is absorbed.

    摘要: A roller mill for comminuting brittle grinding stock comprises at least one grinding roller constructed as a loose roller and rotatable about an axis and interacting with a counter-surface such that grinding stock is comminuted between the grinding roller and counter-surface. Horizontally slidable bearing blocks bear the grinding roller and are guided in a frame rotatably about a vertical bearing axis. A pressing device applies an adjustable grinding pressure to the grinding roller via the bearing blocks. At least two resilient compensation elements are associated with each bearing block in order to compensate a skewed position and/or deflection of the grinding roller. The compensation elements are arranged between the frame and the bearing blocks, and, in the plan view of the roller mill, are arranged tangentially to a circle around the vertical bearing axis or constructed in a circular arc around the vertical bearing axis.

The pressing system includes: at least one hydropneumatic store and at least one dual-articulation actuating cylinder. The dual-articulation actuating cylinder is connected to the hydropneumatic store and has two pistons and a housing which acts as a coupling rod.

    摘要: The invention relates to a roller mill having a mill housing, a mill path which is supported so as to be rotatable about a mill axis inside the mill housing, and at least one mill roller which can be rotated about a mill roller shaft and which is engaged with the mill path in terms of rolling action. There is further provided a pivot lever which is for rotatably retaining the mill roller and which has a pivot shaft arranged parallel with the mill roller axis and which is supported outside the mill housing. The pivot lever is further in operational contact with a hydropneumatic resilient system in order to adjust the pressing pressure of the mill roller. The pivot lever is supported outside the mill housing with spacing therefrom in such a manner that the forces which are produced by the hydropneumatic resilient system are dissipated into the mill foundation directly or via pillars.

    摘要: The system according to the invention for thermally processing lumpy solid material substantially comprises a preheating device, a furnace and a separation or classification device which is arranged therebetween and which has a coarse material outlet connected to the furnace and a fine material outlet. The furnace and the preheating device are connected to each other by means of a gas/solid material line which is arranged so as to be inclined relative to the vertical, the furnace exhaust gases being introduced at the end of the gas/solid material line at the furnace side and the preheated solid material being supplied at the end at the preheater side. The separation or classification device is connected to a bypass line which branches off from the gas/solid material line so that at least a partial amount of the preheated solid material can be branched off via the bypass line by means of gravitational force and can be supplied to the separation or classification device.

    摘要: A device for lubricating and cooling gear mechanisms has a supply line for supplying lubricating and coolant oil from an oil sump into a first channel in a spray pipe. The first spray channel connects to at least one first nozzle for the targeted spraying of the lubricating and coolant oil into areas of the gear that require extensive lubrication and that are allocated to the first channel. The supply line is connected to a second channel and one or more second nozzles connected to the latter for spraying the oil in areas that require extensive lubrication and are allocated to the second channel. The channels are prioritized with regard to more or less critical regions of the gear mechanism. A control valve that is responsive to a back-pressure in the spray pipe actuates the channels to supply the gear mechanism in accordance with the prioritization of the regions.
