Abstract: A vehicle device may receive audio data and other vehicle data associated with a vehicle and may transform the audio data to transformed audio data in a frequency domain. The vehicle device may segment the transformed audio data into a plurality of audio segments and may process the plurality of audio segments, with different feature extraction techniques, to extract a plurality of feature vectors. The vehicle device may merge the plurality of feature vectors into a merged feature vector and may create an audio signature for the audio data based on the merged feature vector. The vehicle device may process the audio signature and the other vehicle data, with a model, to determine a classification of the audio signature and may perform one or more actions based on the classification of the audio signature.

Abstract: A device can receive a request for a schedule that assigns a fleet of vehicles to a set of deliveries. The device can determine that a parameter is not included in the request that is needed to generate a new schedule or that is needed to generate an existing schedule. The device can obtain the parameter using a historical user request, a historical schedule, or a scheduling template. The device can generate or obtain the schedule based on information included in the request and the obtained parameter. The device can provide the schedule to a user device and/or to one or more devices associated with the fleet of vehicles carrying out the set of deliveries. The device can modify the schedule based on a trigger. The device can provide the modified schedule to the user device and/or to the one or more devices associated with the fleet of vehicles.

The device may process the video data, with a second model, to generate depth maps for frames of the video data, and may utilize the depth maps with the sparse point cloud to generate a dense point cloud. The device may process the video data, with a third model, to generate a dense semantic point cloud, and may process the dense semantic point cloud, with a fourth model, to determine a dense semantic overhead view of the location associated with the accident. The device may perform actions based on the dense semantic overhead view.

The device may process the behavior data, with a fourth machine learning model, to determine policy compliance data identifying whether the behavior satisfies one or more policies. The device may calculate a distraction score based on the distraction data and the video data, and may calculate a policy compliance score based on the policy compliance data and vehicle data. The device may perform one or more actions based on the distraction score and the policy compliance score.

Abstract: A device receives location data that identifies geographic locations of a vehicle at corresponding times, and speed data that identifies respective speeds of the vehicle at the set of corresponding times. Abstract: A maneuver classification platform may obtain video data and telematic data that are associated with a driving event involving a vehicle. The maneuver classification platform may analyze the video data to identify a path of the vehicle along a roadway during the driving event, and based on markings of a plurality of roadways. The maneuver classification platform may analyze the video data to determine a type of a vehicle maneuver performed by the vehicle during the driving event. The maneuver classification platform may determine a maneuver score of the driving event based on the type of the vehicle maneuver, the path of the vehicle, and the telematic data. The maneuver classification platform may send a message associated with the maneuver score and a vehicle identifier of the vehicle to a client device to permit the client device to use the maneuver score.

Abstract: A device can receive, from a client device, a request to modify a schedule that includes information identifying the set of deliveries that the fleet of vehicles is to perform. The device can generate a set of modified schedules using information included in the request and one or more routing techniques. The device can determine, for each modified schedule, of the set of modified schedules, one or more scores for ranking the set of modified schedules, such as a projected delivery time score, an operational cost score, and/or an overall score. The device can provide the set of modified schedules that have been scored to the client device. The device can receive a modified schedule that has been selected by the client device. The device can deploy the selected modified schedule to instruct the fleet of vehicles to perform an updated set of deliveries associated with the selected modified schedule.

Abstract: A load planning platform generates a preliminary packing solution based on loading constraints for a three-dimensional container and parameters for a set of items to be loaded into the three-dimensional container, wherein the preliminary packing solution simulates placing unpacked items into the three-dimensional container according to one or more loading rules based on a sequence in which the set of items are to be unloaded from the three-dimensional container. The load planning platform generates a set of packing solutions by applying one or more available moves changing a simulated placement for one or more items in the set of items. The load planning platform selects a final packing solution from the set of packing solutions based on one or more optimization criteria and provides access to a three-dimensional rendering of the final packing solution and instructions for implementing the final packing solution.

Abstract: In some implementations, a device may receive an image that depicts an environment associated with a vehicle. The device may partition the image into a plurality of subsections. The device may analyze the plurality of subsections to determine respective subsection information, wherein subsection information, for an individual subsection, indicates: a probability score that the subsection includes a line segment associated with an object class, a position of a representative point of the line segment, and a direction of the line segment. The device may identify, based on the respective subsection information of the plurality of subsections, a line associated with the object class that is associated with a set of subsections of the plurality of subsections. The device may perform one or more actions based on identifying the line associated with the object class.
