    摘要: A display drive integrated circuit includes a single full frame memory having a first half frame memory region and a second half frame memory region, a mode determination unit and a control unit. The mode determination unit determines the received image data type (still image or video) and accordingly selects a normal mode or an enhance mode associated with a display quality. The control unit operates in the normal mode or the enhance mode in response to an output of the mode determination unit. In an enhance mode, the control unit divides the single full frame memory into a first half frame memory region and a second half frame memory region to store compressed image data of a current frame in the first half frame memory region and compressed image data of a previous frame in the second half frame memory region.

The steering control method comprises receiving a position of an autonomous vehicle, and a first heading angle of the autonomous vehicle with respect to the north; calculating a second heading angle of the autonomous vehicle toward a tracking waypoint based on the position of the autonomous vehicle, and computing a rotation radius of the autonomous vehicle with respect to the tracking waypoint; calculating a yaw rate based on a speed of the autonomous vehicle and the computed rotation radius, and generating a steering command corresponding to the calculated yaw rate; and compensating for the steering command based on the first and second heading angles.

    摘要: In a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device, a first etching mask and a second etching mask are formed sequentially on a metal gate structure on a substrate and a first insulating interlayer covering a sidewall of the metal gate structure respectively. An opening is formed to expose a top surface of the substrate by removing a portion of the first insulating interlayer not overlapped with the first etching mask or the second etching mask. A metal silicide pattern is formed on the exposed top surface of the substrate. A plug on the metal silicide pattern is formed to fill a remaining portion of the opening. Further, a planarization layer may be used as the second etching mask.

The sound output apparatus includes a modem chip including a first amplifier amplifying and transferring an electric signal to a switch, a switch that selectively connects an output line of the first amplifier to a receiver or a second amplifier, a second amplifier connected with the receiver and the switch and that amplifies and transfers an electric signal received from the first amplifier to the receiver when the switch connects the output line of the first amplifier to the second amplifier, and a receiver connected with the switch and the second amplifier and that converts and outputs an electric signal received from the first amplifier or the second amplifier into a sound. This allows for the stable transfer of a sound to hearing handicapped persons with HAC without distortion of the sound quality.

    摘要: Methods and apparatus are disclosed that arrange mask patterns in response to the contribution of an assist feature to image intensity. In some methods of arranging mask patterns, a distribution of functions h(ξ−x) is obtained which represents the contribution of an assist feature to image intensity on a main feature. Neighboring regions of the main feature are discretized into finite regions, and the distribution of the functions h(ξ−x) is replaced with representative values h(x,ξ) of the discretized regions. A position of the assist feature is determined using polygonal regions having the same h(x,ξ). As described, the term x is the position of the main feature and the term ξ is the position of the assist.
