    摘要: A polypeptide having an amino acid sequence as shown in FIG. 1 and its preparation method are disclosed. A DNA fragment capable of coding CPBII polypeptide (human placenta-derived coagulation inhibitor) is first obtained from the human placental cDNA library by using a CPBII-specific antibody as a probe. Then, microorganism cells are transformed by the use of a recombinant plasmid incorporated with the DNA fragment, allowing the resultant transformant to express the CPBII gene, to finally obtain a CPBII-like polypeptide. The polypeptide of this invention exhibits strong anticoagulation activities, and useful for an active component of anticoagulation medicines and preventin in vivo blood coagulation.

    摘要: Disclosed are: a novel microorganism which can decompose a methylthiotriazine compound (particularly, simetryn, dimethametryn, prometryn), a chlorotriazine compound (particularly, simazine, atrazine, propazine) and a methoxytriazine compound (particularly, simeton, atraton, prometon) which have been frequently used as agrichemicals or the like; and a method for decomposing a methylthiotriazine compound, a chlorotriazine compound and/or a methoxytriazine compound by using the microorganism. Specifically disclosed are: a novel bacterium Nocardioides sp. strain MTD22 which is capable of decomposing a methylthiotriazine compound, a chlorotriazine compound and a methoxytriazine compound; and a method for decomposing a methylthiotriazine compound, a chlorotriazine compound and/or a methoxytriazine compound, particularly simetryn, dimethametryn, prometryn, simazine, atrazine, propazine, simeton, atraton and/or prometon, by using the microorganism.

    摘要: A movable backing system enables it to continuously, easily perform full penetration welding along a weld line in a confined space, irrespective of the length, configuration and other factors of a weld zone. A weld backing, which has a backing member disposed on the side facing a workpiece and cooling means disposed inside the weld backing for cooling the backing member, is so supported on a wheeled carriage as to be movable toward the workpiece. The weld backing is provided with follower elements which are always in contact with the underside of the workpiece and which turn following the movement of the workpiece to keep a predetermined gap between the underside of the workpiece and the weld backing so that desired bead thickness can be obtained. The wheeled carriage is moved synchronously with the movement of the welder to continuously perform full penetration welding.
