    Abstract: Methods and devices for dilating a stricture of a body lumen are disclosed. In some embodiments, a device for dilating a lumen of a body comprises an elongate member having a proximal end and a distal end and an inflatable scaffold member disposed on the distal end of the elongate member, the inflatable scaffold member defining a lumen. In some additional embodiments, the device may further include an inflation member in fluid communication with the lumen of the inflatable scaffold member. Additionally, in some embodiments, the inflatable scaffold member is frangibly connected to the inflation member.

An example tissue engagement device includes a first actuation member including a body coupled to a first jaw and a second jaw at a pivot point, wherein the body is designed to shift between a first configuration and a first compressed configuration and a second actuation member coupled to the first actuation member at the pivot point and at a fixation point, wherein the second actuation member is designed to shift between a second configuration and a second compressed configuration. The sphincterotome may also include a sphincterotome wire assembly having a distal end coupled to the distal end region of the elongate shaft and a body portion extending along the outer surface of the elongate shaft. An example tissue retraction delivery device includes a positioning assembly, the assembly including: a delivery catheter having a distal end region and a lumen extending therein, wherein the distal end region includes an engagement member orienting tip. The delivery device also includes an actuation catheter extending within at least a portion of the delivery catheter, the actuation catheter including a distal end region and a lumen extending therein.     Abstract: Medical devices, assemblies and methods for guarding sharp tips of medical needles are disclosed herein. Some embodiments include an expandable device configured to be at least partially disposed within the needle lumen. The device may include an expandable distal portion that is designed to shift between a first configuration in which the expandable distal portion has an outer diameter that is the same as or less than the inner diameter of the needle lumen and a second configuration in which the expandable distal portion has an outer diameter that is greater than the inner diameter of the needle lumen. An elongated inner member may be used to shift the expandable distal portion from the first configuration to the second configuration.
