Abstract: A user can submit a request to a server associated with an ATM. The request can be submitted from a device (or portable device) of the user. The server can evaluate the request and designate which ATM or ATMs are best suited to process the request. This determination can be based on availability of resources on the ATM. Subsequently, the server can transmit a communication to the device of the user and the designated ATM. The communication can cause both the device and the ATM to emit a sound or display a visual cue to guide the user to approach the designated ATM. The device and the ATM can emit various patterns of sound to better guide the user to approach the designated ATM.

Abstract: Using inductive currents to wirelessly charge a device via a device connected to a power source. This inductive charging may result when a first mobile device recognizes a second mobile device via a wireless connection (e.g., Bluetooth, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Near-Field Communication (NFC), or the like). An application stored on the first mobile device may recognize a second mobile device by transmitting an advertising packet when the first mobile device is connected to a power source. An advertising packet may be received by the second mobile device and the second mobile device may transmit a response to the advertising packet in order to generate a connection between the first and second mobile devices. The response may include data such as, connection strength, response time, connection preferences, and the like. Upon detection and connection, the second mobile device may be wirelessly charged by the first device via inductive charging.

Abstract: Various embodiments are directed to a method and system for mapping or visualizing the magnetic fields and their associated field strengths of an object, such as a mobile computing device. An example source of the magnetic fields may be a near-field communication (NFC) reader configured in the object. A computer vision system or device may track a visual marker arranged near or on a magnetic field strength detector in order to associate, match, or map the magnetic field strength measurement readings of the detector at different positions or locations on the object. The computer vision system may generate and display a heat map of the object based on at least the magnetic field strength measurements and their relative positions.

Abstract: A system for securely updating an electronic transaction card held by an account holder with an additional account and/or account data is described. A dynamic transaction card may be securely updated with an additional account by using pre-stored shell data and/or inactive data, whereby the pre-stored shell data may be populated using data received from an issuer system and/or the inactive data may be activated via an activation signal received from a mobile device. A backend server may determine, via a fraud determination, expiration determination, and/or user-request, that new account data should be transmitted to an account holder. The dynamic transaction card may receive the data associated with a notification, update a display, instruct an EMV applet to use a key associated with a received EMV key identifier for signatures, and/or update any additional data stored on the dynamic transaction card.
