Abstract: A data processing method of variable measurement data in an electronic control unit (ECU) is provided. The ECU that processes the data processing method calculates a filtering frequency based on a delay time frequency based on a transmission timing cycle of the measurement data and a processing timing cycle of the measurement data in the ECU, and also based on a pulsation frequency of the measurement data, and removes, from the measurement data, a component of the filtering frequency calculated in the calculation of the filtering frequency.

Abstract: A physical quantity measurement device includes a housing forming a measurement flow path through which the fluid flows and a container space that houses a part of a detection unit. An inner surface of the housing includes a housing intersecting surface that intersects an arrangement direction in which the measurement flow path and the container space are arranged, a housing flow path surface extending from the housing intersecting surface toward the measurement flow path, and a housing container surface extending from the housing intersecting surface toward the container space. The housing includes a housing partition that protrudes from the inner surface toward the detection unit and contacts the detection unit between the housing and the detection unit such that the housing partition separates the measurement flow path and the container space from each other.

Abstract: A physical quantity measurement device measures a physical quantity of a fluid. A detection unit has a physical quantity detector that detects a physical quantity of the fluid in a measurement flow channel. A housing accommodates at least a part of the detection unit and forms the measurement flow channel. The housing includes a housing attachment that is attached to a predetermined attaching target, and a position holder holding a position of the detection unit by contacting the detection unit. The housing includes an inward part positioned inward of the attaching target and an outward part positioned outward of the attaching target. The position holder is provided inward of the housing attachment in an alignment direction along which the inward part and the outward part are aligned.

Abstract: A sensor body contains a sensor element in a body recess opened at a body opening. A sensor substrate has a mounting surface on which a circuit element for processing a detection signal is mounted and holds the sensor body on the mounting surface. A sensor cover has a cover window penetrating between an intake passage and the body opening and covers the sensor body. A sensor filter is interposed between the sensor body and the sensor cover. A potting resin body is cured on the mounting surface so as to seal the circuit element. The sensor cover is embedded in the potting resin body on the outer peripheral side of the sensor body.

Abstract: A flow measuring device includes a housing including a bypass passage and a flow sensing chip located in the bypass passage and including a sensing surface portion. A throttle portion that is a part of a flowing passage wall facing a sensing surface portion throttles a cross-sectional area of a bypass passage. A position where the throttle portion starts is referred to as a start point position, and a position of the throttle portion where a distance between a gravity center of the sensing surface portion and the throttle portion is shortest is referred to as an end point position. The start point position and the end point position define an imagination line, and the imagination line and the flowing direction define an angle that is in a range from 0 degrees to 20 degrees.
