    摘要: A telecommunications chassis, module, and repeater circuit for use with signals having data rates including STM-1 (155.52 megabits per second) are disclosed. The chassis provides structures for establishing shielding and heat dissipation for the circuitry modules it contains including an outer and an inner Faraday box with an integrated ventilation pattern for circulating air. The module provides its own structures for establishing shielding and heat dissipation including a Faraday box and a ventilation pattern. The repeater circuit provides the ability to bridge a data signal between a monitor jack of one device and a higher signal level input jack of another device through multiple amplification stages and circuit board structures. The telecommunications chassis, module, and repeater circuit can be used in conjunction.

    摘要: A pig loader device can include a breech assembly having a chamber body, a ramrod compartment, a breech, and a neck. A ramrod having a push plate, a rod, and a breech plate may be disposed within the ramrod compartment and configured to slideably traverse the ramrod compartment and the breech. In use, the device can be connected to an ancillary pipe via the neck, and a pig may be placed within the breech and aligned be to be slid within the breech and neck upon engagement with the ramrod to facilitate pigging operations of a pipeline. The ramrod may then be forced forward to an extended position, thereby urging the pig through the neck to be seated within the pipe. The device may then be detached from the pipe to enable continued pigging operations.

    摘要: The invention discloses a way to recover separated seismograms with reduced interference noise by processing vibroseis data recorded (or computer simulated) with multiple vibrators shaking simultaneously or nearly simultaneously (200). A preliminary estimate of the separated seismograms is used to obtain improved seismograms (201). The preliminary estimate is convolved with the vibrator signature and then used to update the seismogram. Primary criteria for performing the update include fitting the field data and satisfying typical criteria of noise-free seismograms (202). Alternative ways to update are disclosed, including signal extraction, modeled noise extraction, constrained optimization based separation, and penalized least-squares based separation. The method is particularly suited for removing noise caused by separating the combined record into separate records for each vibrator, and is advantageous where the number of sweeps is fewer than the number of vibrators (200).
