    摘要： In a storage apparatus recording the writing operation of data as journal information, it was necessary to fully overwrite the data to be newly written over the previously written data in order to reduce the journal information. Further, when journal information is reduced, it was not possible to perform accurate recovery in incremental steps. Journal information is separated into journal data information in block units, and journal log information including map information for referring to such journal data information, and this is stored in a journal storage area. When there is journal log information in which block contents of the journal data information coincide, the map information of the new journal log information is rewritten to refer to a block in which the contents to be referred to by the map information of the old journal log information coincide. Journal information can be reduced by reducing redundant journal data information in block units without losing the operational contents representing the journal log information.

A selection unit of the electric power supply apparatus selects, from the total plurality of electric power supply units, a plurality of electric power supply units whose location corresponds to a position where the electric power reception apparatus is placed, and a control unit controls the supply of electric power such that electric power is supplied to the electric power reception apparatus from the selected plurality of electric power supply units.

The management computer includes first management information, for managing the frequency at which the data in the first storage area are copied. When the management computer receives a notification indicating the first storage area has been unmounted from another computer, the management computer employs the first management information for determining whether the data in the first storage area should be copied. Then, when the data should be copied, the first storage area is mounted on the computer and the data in the first storage area are copied to the second storage area.

When the number of targets and the allocated storage regions prepared by the storage device is within a predetermined number, the storage device manages the storage device as an allocation candidate. When the predetermined number is exceeded, the exceeding one is excluded from the allocation candidate. When the number of storage devices excluded from the allocation candidate has reached a certain number, the management device manages a new storage device and a new storage region as an allocation candidate.
