Abstract: Systems, devices and methods are described including receiving a policy from a secure storage device, where the policy may be used to implement collaborative rendering of image content. The image content may include multiple portions of image content. The policy may be used to determining rendering assignments for multiple mobile devices where the assignments may specify that a mobile device is to render one content portion while another mobile device is to render another content portion. The rendering assignments may be provided to the mobile devices and rendered output corresponding to the different content portions may be received from the mobile devices. The rendered output may then be assembled into one or more image frames and wirelessly communicated to a remote display.

Abstract: Systems, apparatus, articles of manufacture, and methods to implement predictive video decoding and rendering based on artificial intelligence are disclosed. Example apparatus disclosed herein are to predict that rendering of a video frame of a media stream will be unsynchronized with rendering of corresponding audio data of the media stream. Disclosed example apparatus are also to generate a synthetic frame based on a machine learning model to replace the video frame. Disclosed example apparatus are further to cause the synthetic frame to be rendered with the corresponding audio data.

Abstract: An example apparatus disclosed herein is to receive network data communicated via a first channel associated with the online collaboration session, the network data including received media data packets. The disclosed example apparatus is also to analyze the network data to determine first loopback data, the first loopback data including at least one of a first quality score based on a first analysis of the received media data packets or a second quality score based on a second analysis of media decoded from the received media data packets. The disclosed example apparatus is also to analyze local data obtained by a local client during the online collaboration session to determine second loopback data. The disclosed example apparatus is further to cause transmission of a loopback message to a moderator client via the second channel, the loopback message based on the first loopback data and the second loopback data.

Abstract: An electronic device receives depth sensor data that includes depths sensed in multiple zones in the field of view of a depth sensor. The device determines whether a user is in front of the device based on the depth sensor data. If the user is determined to be present, then the device causes a display to enter an operational mode. Otherwise, the device causes the display to enter a standby mode. The device may also determine whether the user's attention is on the device by determining whether the depth sensor data indicates that the user is facing the device. If so, the device causes the display to enter the operational mode. Otherwise, the device causes the display to enter a power saving mode. The device may use a machine learning algorithm to determine whether the depth sensor data indicates that the user is present and/or facing the device.

Abstract: An embodiment of a method of manufacturing a cover lens for an electronic display includes etching a first surface geometry on a first surface of the cover lens. In the embodiment, the method includes determining a plurality of angles of refraction at the first surface from light generated from the electronic display based on the first surface geometry. In the embodiment, the method includes determining a second surface geometry for a second surface of the cover lens based on the plurality of angles of refraction at the first surface. In the embodiment, the method includes etching the second surface geometry on the second surface of the cover lens.
