    摘要: A method of forming a protection layer of a plasma display panel, which has upper electrodes, lower electrodes and a barrier rib, includes the steps of: forming a dielectric layer on the upper electrodes; and forming a MgO protection layer on the dielectric layer by the method of direct coating the MgO solution on the surface of the dielectric layer. Some advantages are derived by properly mixing MgO particles, salt containing Mg, and organic binder and coating an MgO protection layer (thin film) on the surface of the PDP substrate irrespective of coating methods by simple facility and processing. These advantages include PDP MgO protection layer formation to reduce PDP production cost, time and firing voltages, and adjustment of the protection layer's thickness.

    摘要: Thermally radiating heat sinks are soldered directly beneath individual LEDs and other heat generating electronic components on the opposite side of an FR4 circuit board and thermally coupled to the heat source through multiple micro-vias. The micro-vias are filled with solder in order to increase the thermal transmission of heat energy through the circuit board to the heat sinks The circuit board thickness is minimized to further reduce the thermal resistance of the transmission path. The method employed facilitates the heat transfer away from high-powered LEDs and other heat generating circuitry without spreading the heat energy to thermally sensitive electronic circuits and without the need for expensive substrates commonly employed to dissipate heat in electronic circuits. The method is adapted for LED lighting circuits and preferably to industry standard bulb sizes such as MR11, MR16, R20, PAR30, PAR38, and PAR56.

    摘要: A radio frequency plasma display panel that is capable of reducing a height of a barrier rib and a frequency of a radio frequency signal as well as improving a light-emission efficiency. In the radio frequency plasma display panel, a plurality of discharge cells are arranged in a matrix pattern. Each of the discharge cells has upper and lower substrates. First and second address electrodes are provided on at least one of the upper and lower substrates to generate an address discharge. Barrier ribs are provided between the upper and lower substrates to define a discharge space. First and second radio frequency electrodes are provided the respective barrier ribs opposed to each other to generate a radio frequency sustaining discharge. Accordingly, the radio frequency sustaining discharge is generated between the first and second radio frequency electrodes within the respective barrier ribs for a long time, so that a height of the barrier ribs and a frequency of a radio frequency signal can be lowered.

The method includes opening an imide ring on a polyimide film; applying a catalyst to the polyimide film; removing tin from the catalyst; forming a first metal film on the polyimide film; drying the polyimide film having the first metal film at a temperature of 110-200° C.; and forming a second metal film on the first metal film. According to the method, it is possible to fabricate a flexible film without a requirement of an adhesive layer and thus provide a flexible film with excellent physical properties such as excellent plating properties, high adhesive strength, high heat resistance, high drug resistance, excellent migration properties and high folding endurance.
