Abstract:
Disclosed is a peripheral nerve fixing apparatus, which includes: a suction unit configured to provide a negative pressure to a peripheral nerve at an end portion thereof to fix the peripheral nerve; and a negative pressure generating unit having a vacuum pump for generating a negative pressure and connected to the suction unit so that the negative pressure is provided to the suction unit, wherein at one surface of the end portion of the suction unit, the suction unit includes: a fixing unit provided to contact the peripheral nerve to keep a stable fixed state; and a suction hole formed in the fixing unit so that the negative pressure is provided to the peripheral nerve therethrough.
Abstract:
A tear collection device comprises: a body attached to an eyeball; a tear inlet for allowing tear to flow into the body; a storing space formed inside the body and capable of storing the tears having flowed into the body; and a pump forming a pressure difference inside the body such that tears flow into the body through the tear inlet, wherein the pump is driven by using, as power, eye blinking movements of a wearer so as to form the pressure difference inside the body, thereby allowing the tears to flow into the body.
Abstract:
A sensor assembly has a flexible body, and a plurality of fiber Bragg gratings (FBG) sensor inserted into the body, the FBG sensor includes an optical fiber extending in a length direction of the body and a plurality of lattices disposed in the optical fiber, a variation of a wavelength spectrum of light, caused by a variation of an interval of the plurality of lattices, is detected, and at least one of force information applied to the body and temperature information of the body is extracted together with refraction information of the body.
Abstract:
Provided is a forceps driving apparatus including a body, a gripper installed to be received in the body and formed to be open and closed, an opening and closing member rotatably installed in the body to press or release two sides of the gripper by rotation, an elastic member connected to one side of the opening and closing member to provide an elastic force to the opening and closing member, an actuator connected to the other side of the opening and closing member to rotate the opening and closing member by contraction or extension, and a force sensing module to measure a gripping force of the gripper during the rotation of the opening and closing member.
Abstract:
A nerve probe array has a connector made of a flexible material; and a plurality of probes coupled to the connector, each of the plurality of probe having an electrode formed at a body thereof. The plurality of probes are arranged with intervals in a length direction of the connector, and the connector surrounds an outer circumference of a nerve, and the plurality of probes pierce the outer circumference of the nerve and are inserted into the nerve.
Abstract:
An electrode array for analyzing electrical characteristics of a cell spheroid has a substrate, a groove formed concavely on a top surface of the substrate to receive at least a portion of the cell spheroid, and a plurality of electrodes formed in the substrate, coming into contact with the cell spheroid, and configured to apply or collect electrical signals. Front ends of the plurality of electrodes extend to the groove to form a holding part for holding the cell spheroid, and the cell spheroid is held in the holding part and comes into contact with the plurality of electrodes simultaneously.
Abstract:
