摘要: A band steel plate winding apparatus comprises a winding drum for winding a band steel plate; unit rolls, and curved surface guides adjacent to the unit rolls, provided along a circumferential surface of the winding drum forwardly and backwardly movably between a winding drum surrounding position and a retreat position, the position of the unit roll relative to the winding drum at the time of entry of the band steel plate being downstream at an angle of about 15 degrees or less from the position of contact between the winding drum and the band steel plate; and ejection nozzles provided in a guide surface of each of the curved surface guides for ejecting a gaseous or liquid fluid at a high speed toward the band steel plate before the band steel plate collides with the curved surface guide. The band steel plate winding apparatus permits high speed winding of a band steel plate while effectively preventing buckling of a front end of the band steel plate, and can avoid a great increase in equipment cost.

摘要: A twin-drum continuous casting apparatus for casting a metal sheet (4) by supplying molten metal (3) to a pouring basin formed by a pair of cooling drums (1) rotating in opposite directions, and side gates (2), to cool the molten metal (3) by contact with surfaces of the cooling drums (1), thereby forming a solidified shell. The cooling drum (1) is formed from a drum body (11) having shaft portions at opposite end portions, and a drum sleeve (10) fitted on an outer peripheral portion of the drum body (11). Also, means is provided for preventing various adverse influences due to differences in thermal expansion of constituent members of the drum body (11) during casting. Thus, the reliability of the apparatus is increased, and the quality of casting is improved.

摘要: In the drying apparatus for rotary printing press for drying the ink on the printed paper which has a direct fired deodorizing apparatus (8) and a heat recovery apparatus (9) for heating the hot air circulating in a drying apparatus (1) by using the exhaust gas from the deodorizing apparatus, the drying apparatus and its control device are so adapted that a bypass line (20) is installed on the hot air circulation line to bypass the heat recovery apparatus to control the temperature of printed paper and/or the temperature of hot air blowing from nozzles (3) by adjusting the degree of opening of a bypass damper (21) disposed in the bypass line, and the burning amount of the burner for deodorization is controlled so that the deodorizing apparatus furnace temperature corresponding to the blowing hot air temperature (16) or paper temperature (17) is obtained. Further, the control device carries out the control in response to the change in printing speed. Thus, the control responsiveness can be enhanced.

摘要: The heat transfer performance of a gas cooler provided with a fin tube type heat exchanger is improved. This is a gas cooler 10 which is provided with a heat exchanger 6, cools a gas to be cooled, which is introduced from the outside, by performing heat exchange between the gas to be cooled and the heat exchanger 6, and discharge the cooled gas to the outside. The heat exchanger 6 includes: a plurality of heat transfer fins 8 which are placed side by side via a prescribed gap therebetween, the gas to be cooled flowing through the gap; and heat transfer tubes 7 which pierce through the plurality of heat transfer fins 8 and are provided in a plurality of rows along the direction in which the gas to be cooled flows. The outside diameter do of the heat transfer tubes 7 is 20 to 30 mm.

摘要: The present invention relates to an impeller manufacturing method in which a thermal cycle is performed on an assembly body with a brazing material formed of a Ni-containing Au alloy being placed at a bond portion of at least two impeller constituent members. The thermal cycle includes a temperature increasing process with a temperature increasing rate of 20° C./hr. to 100° C./hr., the process including a first intermediate retention and a second intermediate retention each keeping the temperature, the first intermediate retention performed in a temperature range of 500° C. to 850° C. and the second intermediate retention performed in a temperature range of 850° C. to 950° C. (but not including 850° C.). In the thermal cycle, the temperature is increased in a temperature range exceeding 950° C. after the second intermediate retention at a rate lower than that before the second intermediate retention.
