摘要: Onto a surface of a cylindrical core body 1 made of synthetic resin, is adhered a heater unit 2 which is formed by adhering, with an adhesive agent, an electric resistance member 4 made of a SUS foil on an inner surface of a flexible electrically insulating plate 3 made of synthetic resin. The electric resistance member 4 is formed by half-punching the SUS foil uniformly applied on the electrically insulating plate into a given configuration and removing an unnecessary portion. The electric resistance member 4 has a small width, a large length and a zigzag shape to increase electric resistance. Both ends of the electric resistance member constitute connecting portions for an electric power supply wire 5 and are arranged side by side at one end of the electrically insulating plate.

摘要: A handle grip member with electric heater can be produced in high yield through simple processing not using any core of synthetic resin and avoiding molding operation. Depressed groove (4) is spirally provided on an external surface of inner part (1) of rubber, and multiple ribs (5) are provided on an internal surface thereof along the direction of length. Electric heater (7) of tape-shaped metal conductor is implanted in the depressed groove (4), and fixed. Electric wires (8a,8b) are connected to two ends of the electric heater (7) and drawn out. The inner part (1) is inserted in outer part (9) of rubber tube, and the outer part (9) is fixed to the inner part (1) with the use of an adhesive, etc.

摘要: A lithium secondary battery comprising a positive electrode composed of a positive electrode active material comprising at least one member selected from the group consisting of lithium phosphate, lithium-cobalt phosphate, cobalt oxide, and lithium-cobalt oxide, such that the molar ratio of cobalt:phosphorus:lithium is more than 0.1: more than 0.2:1, a negative electrode, and an electrolyte. The lithium secondary battery of the invention has high energy density leading to high discharge capacity, high electromotive force, and high discharge voltage, and excellent cycle properties.

摘要: Provided is a grip member having an electrothermal heater, wherein an end section of a metal strip does not curl up when the metal strip is attached. A metal strip (21) machined in strip-shape is embedded along a spiral flat groove section arranged on a core body (1) and fixed to the core body (1) at the both ends. An end portion (21a) of the metal strip (21) is inserted into a locking member (7), and the end portion (21a) is prevented from curling up. Since curl up of the end portion (21a) is suppressed, the metal strip is prevented from protruding to the outside from a synthetic rubber applied in the subsequent step and the thickness of the synthetic rubber at such section is prevented from thinning.

摘要: A multilayer inductor is provided with a coil part including a coiled conductor and lead conductors, an outer sheath part covering the coil part and having an electrical isolation, and external electrodes electrically connected to the respective lead conductors. The lead conductors are located at both ends of the coiled conductor and have a width identical with that of the coiled conductor. The outer sheath part has two first side faces parallel to the axial direction of the coiled conductor and not adjacent to each other, and a second side face intersecting with the axial direction of the coiled conductor. Each external electrode has a first electrode portion formed throughout a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the coiled conductor on the first side face. Each external electrode is not substantially formed on the second side face.

摘要: A method of producing a multilayer electronic part having the shape of a substantially rectangular parallelopiped is constituted which has a multilayer body formed by superposing coil conductors and green sheets of a magnetic or nonmagnetic material. Terminal electrodes are formed respectively on both ends of the multilayer body along the direction of the magnetic flux generated when current is caused to flow through the coil conductors in the multilayer body. The terminal electrodes each has a conductive substrate formed within the area of the end of the multilayer body and including a lamination body as a component of the multilayer body.
