    摘要： Onto a surface of a cylindrical core body 1 made of synthetic resin, is adhered a heater unit 2 which is formed by adhering, with an adhesive agent, an electric resistance member 4 made of a SUS foil on an inner surface of a flexible electrically insulating plate 3 made of synthetic resin. The electric resistance member 4 is formed by half-punching the SUS foil uniformly applied on the electrically insulating plate into a given configuration and removing an unnecessary portion. The electric resistance member 4 has a small width, a large length and a zigzag shape to increase electric resistance. Both ends of the electric resistance member constitute connecting portions for an electric power supply wire 5 and are arranged side by side at one end of the electrically insulating plate.

    摘要： A pivoting lever has tongue-like movable pieces formed in a squared U-shape on both side faces of a cover member, and locking claws at intermediate parts of the movable piece. A pivoting lever is pivotally supported on a support pin of the cover member. Circular arc-shaped cam grooves are formed in a lever body part, and locking holes engaging locking claws are formed in the lever body part. When a mating housing is pressed into a housing and the lever is pivoted, the cam grooves drive a driven pin and pull the mating housing toward the housing. The lever contacts the locking claws, and pivots the locking claws while pushing them down. When the housings are joined, the locking claws returned to the original positions fitted into the locking holes, setting the lever to a locked state, thereby disabling further rotation and reverse rotation of the lever.

    摘要： Herein disclosed is a heat resisting electrical connector assembly which has a heat resisting metallic locking clip. The locking clip is detachably fixed to a female part of the connector assembly and comprises a first portion lockably fixed to the female part, a second portion having a locking opening formed therein and a third portion having a free end, the third portion being resiliently moved together with the free end thereof toward the first portion when pressed toward the first portion. A male part of the connector assembly is formed with a projection with which the locking opening of the clip is engaged upon final coupling of the male and female parts. A fulcrum structure is formed on the female part to support partially the third portion of the clip in such a manner that when the third portion is pressed toward the first portion, the second portion is raised away from the first portion thereby disengaging the locking opening of the clip from the projection.

    摘要： A connector housing that is reduced in size in correspondence with reduction in size of a terminal. When a connecting terminal to which an electric wire and a waterproof sealing member are attached is inserted into a terminal accommodating hole from an terminal insertion opening, a step of the waterproof sealing member abuts against a step of the terminal insertion opening and also a taper surface meets a taper surface, preventing water from entering the terminal accommodating hole from the backside. In this state, the waterproof sealing member is pressed toward a connector housing by a rear holder to prevent the waterproof sealing member from falling out of position. Thus, because the terminal insertion opening is sealed, with a part of the waterproof sealing member placed outside the connector housing, the lateral width and vertical width of the terminal accommodating hole can be set to the magnitudes that substantially allow the connecting terminal to pass through the hole.

Thereafter, the cover member is moved to the holder, then moved over one projected annular part of the holder, and fitted into the projected ring parts. A concaved strip part is fitted to a convexed strip part to complete the installation, whereby the cover member cannot be moved relative to the holder in both longitudinal and circumferential directions.
