    Abstract: A head mounted display device comprises a display panel comprising first to third subpixels defined at a substrate, a reflection plate provided in the first, second and third subpixels, first electrodes vertically spaced apart from a lower surface of the reflection plate by a first distance, a second distance and a third distance at the first, second and third subpixels, respectively, a white organic stack on the first electrodes at the first, second and third subpixels, a second electrode on the white organic stack, and a first color filter on the second electrode at the third subpixel to transmit light having a long wavelength.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display device comprises: first and second substrates facing and spaced apart from each other; a gate line and a data line on the first substrate, the gate line and the data line crossing each other to define a plurality of pixel regions; at least one thin film transistor coupled to the gate line and the data line; a light emitting diode coupled to the at least one thin film transistor, the light emitting diode including a first electrode, an emitting layer and a second electrode; and a passivation layer on the light emitting diode, the passivation layer having a smaller area than the second electrode.

    Abstract: A display device according to an embodiment includes a driving unit generating an nth primary gate voltage, an nth secondary gate voltage and a data voltage during a plurality of driving frames; and a display panel storing a threshold voltage using the nth primary gate voltage, the nth secondary gate voltage and the data voltage during the plurality of driving frames and displaying an image using a sum of the data voltage and the threshold voltage during a plurality of staying frames after the plurality of driving frames, wherein a sampling period for storing the threshold voltage of one of the plurality of driving frames is shorter than at least one sampling period of others of the plurality of driving frames.
