Abstract: A device, method and system for changing content of live broadcast media is provided. The device associated with a given location, and analyzes live broadcast media to determine presence of one or more of a person of interest (POI) and an event of interest (EOI), the live broadcast media being provided at one or more display screens at the given location, the live broadcast media originating external to the given location. Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes detecting, by operation of video analytics, an object within a portion of initial video captured by a security camera. The security camera is within and forms a part of a security system site. The computer-implemented method also includes transmitting, to at least one computing device that is remote from the security system site, a request that includes video data. The request relates to the object and the initial video. A response is received from the at least one computing device. The response includes computer readable instructions, retrieved from storage remote from the security system site, for at least one temporary analytic. The at least one temporary analytic is initiated to act upon the initial video or subsequent video captured by the security camera.

The electronic processor is configured to determine a first visible light intensity for the subset of the plurality of reserved pixels. Abstract: A device, system and method for failure management in push to talk for the internet of things is provided. A Push-To-Talk (PTT) server receives, from a device, a control command for an Internet-of-Things (IoT) device, the IoT device and the device mapped to a talkgroup identifier identifying a talkgroup used by the device to send the control command; outputting, via the PTT server, to the IoT device, the control command. The PTT server determines that the control command has failed. The PTT server transmits, to the device, an indication that the control command has failed, the indication transmitted over the talkgroup identified by the talkgroup identifier.
