    摘要: Arrangement for producing a plurality of nanowires, comprising the following elements, which are arranged in the order indicated:



    an electrically conductive surface,
    a foil having a plurality of channels, which extend from a first side of the foil to a second side of the foil opposite to the first side,
    a first electrolyte-permeable layer,
    a second electrolyte-permeable layer, which is more compressible than the first electrolyte-permeable layer,

    wherein the arrangement furthermore has an electrode, and wherein the arrangement is adapted so that the nanowires can be grown onto the electrically conductive surface by electrodeposition from an electrolyte into the channels of the foil by applying an electrical voltage between the electrically conductive surface and the electrode.
