    摘要: An anastomotic instrument includes first and second units. The first unit is attached to a distal end portion of an insert section of an endoscope, and has a self-propellable apparatus and an anvil. The second unit is attached behind the first unit, and has a cartridge and a balloon. The insert section with the anastomotic instrument is inserted into the alimentary canal. In the alimentary canal, fluid is sucked out from space enclosed by the first and second unit through a suction port provided in the cartridge, to bring the space into negative pressure. While the alimentary canal is shrunk in the space, the second unit is shifted relative to the first unit. In a state where the shrunk alimentary canal is caught between the first and second units, a cutter resects living body tissue, and staples are struck to join edges of an incision of the alimentary canal.

    摘要: An anastomotic instrument includes first and second units. The first unit is attached to a distal end portion of an insert section of an endoscope, and has a self-propellable apparatus and an anvil.     摘要: Disclosed is an image recording apparatus for forming an image on a heat development photosensitive material or a light- and heat-sensitive recording material through a dry processing, said image recording apparatus being capable of continuously recording high-quality images over a long period of time by providing a heat development part with a cleaning mechanism therefor and including a storage part in which the recording material is stored; a latent-image forming mechanism which forms a desired latent image on the recording material conveyed from the storage part; a heat development mechanism which develops the recording material and includes a heating member for heating at a given temperature the recording material conveyed from the latent-image forming mechanism and a press contact member for pressing the recording material against the heating member; and a cleaning mechanism which cleans that contact surface of at least one of the heating member and the press contact member which comes into contact with the recording material. A heat development apparatus in which dust particles adherent to the heating drum are removed and the formation of dot image defects is thus prevented to thereby give a high-quality image is also disclosed.

    摘要: Sheets such as photographic films are fed one by one by suction cups in an image recording system. A resilient sheet separator is brought into abutment against an uppermost one of stacked sheets, and then the suction cups are moved toward the uppermost sheet. Before the suction cups reach the uppermost sheet, they are activated to attract the uppermost sheet under suction. The sheet separator pushes the uppermost sheet in one direction and the suction cups draw the uppermost sheet in the opposite direction, so that the attracted uppermost sheet is greatly flexed fully out of contact with the next sheet of the sheet stack. Thereafter, the suction cups and the sheet separator are displaced away from the sheet stack, separating the uppermost sheet from the sheet stack. Air may be forcibly be introduced between the uppermost and next sheets, so that the remaining sheets can reliably be separated from the attracted uppermost sheet.

    摘要: A mechanism for introducing pressurized air into an extracting cartridge comprises an air pump, an on-off valve, and a pressure sensor for detecting an internal pressure within the extracting cartridge. The on-off valve is turned on in order to introduce the pressurized air into the extracting cartridge. When the internal pressure detected by the pressure sensor has become equal to a predetermined pressure range for a pressurization upper limit, the on-off valve is turned off in order to confine the area within the extracting cartridge in the pressurized state, the pressure being thereby exerted upon a sample liquid, a washing liquid, or a recovery liquid having been injected into the extracting cartridge.
